Resumo: The game Times & Stories was developed as a pedagogical material that integrates concepts, content and methodologies to collaborate with school learning in the areas of knowledge that involve History, as well as enabling the development of skills through playfulness, in the quest to strengthen commitment in the teaching of History towards a citizenship focused on democratic values and recognition of diversity in the educational process. As a didactic material for History classes, the game Times & Stories intertwines the curricular guidelines of the National Common Base Curriculum, especially for the 6th year classes of elementary school, final years, with references from the field of Theory of History, critical integration between the academic production and teaching practice in basic education. In the pursuit of achieving this goal, we have especially focused on the relationship between time and history, the debate about the skills in the National Common Base Curriculum and, finally, we detail the implications regarding the gameplay of Times & stories.

Como material didático para as aulas em História, o jogo Tempos & histórias entrelaça as diretrizes curriculares da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, sobretudo para as turmas de 6º ano do ensino fundamental anos finais, com referências do campo da Teoria da História, integração crítica entre a produção acadêmica e a prática docente na educação básica.
