The current policy of first atention in health in the country is largely based on the Family Health Strategy (ESF), following the precepts of National Health System (SUS). Within the strategy, the Community Health Agent (ACS) is understood as primary link between health service and community, since basics health actions and educational activities are developed, thus contributing to a construction and consolidation of locals health systems. Therefore, this job must be articulated together with the others members of the team for the highest exploitation of the function, because of it, it is necessary that them are constantly trained about all the possible subjects envolved in their work, including all the metters related to the promotion and care of oral health. Considering that the goal of the Teleheath Program Brasil Networks is to improve the quality of the basic atention treatment in the National Health System (SUS), by means of the amplification of the family health teams training, using tecnology capable of promote tele-education/ telehealth with positive impact on the solvability of the system and the atention to health shows great potential to use telehealth as train for the Community Health Agentes (ACS), objectfying to contribute to the improvement of the population´s oral health quality from health promotion/education. To measure this potentiality, we used to this study a quiz to evaluate the knowledge level of the Community Health Agents (ACS) in action in the municipality of Petrópolis in the oral health issues before and after the training which was offered to the professionals. They are were divided in two different groups: the first is going to be trained from presentials classes and the second is going to be through Telehealth UERJ. The data collected was analyzed and the comparison patterns was established to evaluate the results of the training, the knowledge, the perception of importance and inclusion of the oral health metters between both groups work routine. This is intended to verify if the training results reached their expectation, to observe if they promoted changes in the professional approach and which method showed better results.
