Procuramos compreender como os familiares percebem o problema e como constroem a trajetória para lidar com ele. O estudo foi desenvolvido no contexto de um serviço oferecido por uma organização não governamental de referência no atendimento a crianças e adolescentes envolvidas em situação de violência sexual na cidade de Salvador. Utilizou-se a metodologia qualitativa a partir da análise de narrativas dos familiares de vítimas atendidas pelo CEDECA-BA, que procuram a instituição com a expectativa de obterem um cuidado especializado aos seus filhos e orientação na condução do problema, uma vez que tem como realidade o desamparo governamental na solução de seus problemas em geral, e a escassez de recursos financeiros e de informação. O presente estudo objetiva analisar também as representações e ações dos técnicos da instituição CEDECA-BA, através da analise de suas narrativas, acerca do enfrentamento à violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes, quanto às ações de diagnóstico, de encaminhamento e acompanhamento dos casos. Este trabalho visa conhecer o entendimento que as famílias têm do problema e a redes sociais que podem contar, suas expectativas de ajuda, assim como a experiência e transformação do sofrimento pelas quais passam. Trata-se de mais um veículo de discussão e aprofundamento de um tema tão complexo e pouco pesquisado. As narrativas mostraram que há uma certa concentração de famílias matrifocais e de baixa renda na procura pelo serviço especializado do Centro, e que a busca por ele se constitui no desejo de sanar os possíveis traumas sofridos pela criança ou adolescente, e seguir exercendo o papel de protetor destes. O processo judicial, seguido da denúncia, passa a fazer parte deste projeto de superação no atendimento institucional do CEDECA-BA, que considera primordial tal conduta familiar. A motivação que os familiares das vítimas tem para buscar o atendimento destas instituições parte da incerteza de suas vidas diante da escassez de informação e recursos, e este quadro leva-os a recorrerem a uma nova autoridade, que oferece instrumentos que ajudam no enfrentamento às questões conflitantes do ser. This study seeks to understand how the families of victims treated by CEDECA BA-face sexual abuse in the home, emphasizing the type of violence against children and adolescents that is most often practiced by people of their own family. We seek to understand how family members perceive the problem and how to build the path to deal with it. The study was conducted in the context of a service offered by a nongovernmental organization of reference service to children and adolescents involved in situations of sexual violence in the city of Salvador. We used a qualitative methodology based on the analysis of narratives by family members of victims treated by CEDECA-BA, looking to the institution with the expectation of obtaining a specialist care for their children and guidance in resolving problem, showing the reality of the helplessness of government in solving its problems in general, and the scarcity of financial resources and information. This study also aims to analyze the representations and actions of the technicians of the institution CEDECA-BA, by analysis of their narratives about coping with sexual violence against children and adolescents, regarding the actions of diagnosis, referral and monitoring of cases. This work aims for the understanding that the families have the problem and have social networks that can guide them, their expectations of help, as well as experience and transform the suffering they undergo. It is more a vehicle for discussion and analysis of a topic as complex and poorly researched. The narratives showed that there is a certain concentration of matrifocal families and low income in the demand for specialized services of the Centre, and the quest for it is the desire to remedy the possible trauma suffered by the child or adolescent, and then playing the role of guarding them. The lawsuit followed the complaint becomes part of this project to overcome the institutional care of CEDECA-BA, which considers such conduct primary family.
