The number of Parliamentary Fronts in the Brazilian legislature has been growing with each legislature. The present work aims to contribute to the understanding of the impact of these groups within the legislative sphere in the 56th Legislature (2019-2023), giving greater focus to the Agricultural Parliamentary Front (FPA), which made significant advances in its agenda during the government of President Jair Bolsonaro, managing to approve PL 1293/2021 (self-control) and PL 6299/2002 (pesticides/poison) in the Chamber of Deputies. The research found a high degree of participation and the impact of FPA members on the committees to achieve this objective. The degree of commitment and unity of FPA members with the objectives of the front itself were also analyzed. In this way, it is possible to affirm the extent to which this group acts cohesively in the Legislative sphere, acting mainly behind the scenes to obtain benefits for the sector. Furthermore, the work sought to analyze the conceptualizations of parliamentary benches and fronts used by various researchers in this area and report that in a specific number there was a failure in the conceptualization of these groups, which ended up harming and generating a mistake in the analyses.
