Resumo: Teacher professional development for the use of digital technologies has been a relevant topic both nationally and internationally. Over the years, several researches and initiatives have been developed with the purpose of improving teacher’s knowledge and practice in order to adapt them to rapid technological changes. Despite considerable advances, teacher training remains a topic in constant evolution, demanding continuous investigation and reflection on current policies and practices. This research investigates a teacher training process focused on the use of Digital Educational Resources (RED) by teachers who teach Portuguese Language and Mathematics in the early years of Elementary School. The object of study came from training for the employment of these RED. The research problem is guided by the following question: how do teachers incorporate Digital Educational Resources (RED) into their planning through contextualized training? Given this, the general objective is to: understand the contribution of training to the integration of Digital Educational Resources (RED) by teachers in the early years of elementary school in a school in the Municipal Public Network of Fortaleza. To meet this purpose, this work proposes the following specific objectives: a) Map teachers' knowledge and practice in relation to the use of digital resources before training; b) Analyze how training contributed to the integration of RED into teachers’ pedagogical practice; c) Investigate the challenges faced by teachers from the Municipal Public Network of Fortaleza after the introduction of RED in the activities carried out in the classroom. The locus of the research was a training process in a municipal public school in Fortaleza, Ceará, and the research subjects were 13 pedagogical teachers who participated in this training. Data collection instruments included questionnaires, field diaries of training meetings and classes and interviews. The results indicate that: 1) prior to training, only one teacher had experience in using digital technologies in teaching, despite the school having an innovation room with chromebooks. 2) Even during training, teachers began to incorporate RED into their pedagogical practices. 3) Teachers' pedagogical practices using RED were intensified at the end of training; 4) Pedagogical practices pointed to the autonomy of teachers who integrated RED and analogue materials into their planning in different ways; 5) Teachers pointed out several contributions of RED for their students, such as: expanding the repertoire of strategies, increasing engagement and improving learning; 6) The challenges for implementing RED in pedagogical practice are: lack of continuing training, lack of internet at school and lack of technical support team to use the technology. These results demonstrate that to expand the use of technologies in schools, policies that support teachers in their daily practices are necessary.

Ao longo dos anos, várias pesquisas e iniciativas foram desenvolvidas com o propósito de aprimorar a capacitação dos educadores e ajustá-los às rápidas mudanças tecnológicas. Apesar dos avanços consideráveis, a formação de professores permanece um tópico em constante evolução, demandando contínua investigação e reflexão sobre as políticas e práticas vigentes. Esta pesquisa investiga um processo formativo docente voltado para o uso de Recursos Educacionais Digitais (RED) por professores que ensinam Língua Portuguesa e Matemática nos anos iniciais do Ensino Fundamental. O objeto de estudo aconteceu a partir de uma formação para a utilização desses RED. O problema de pesquisa orienta-se na seguinte questão: de que maneira os professores incorporam os Recursos Educacionais Digitais (RED) em seus planejamentos por meio de uma formação contextualizada? Diante disso, o objetivo geral consiste em: compreender a contribuição de uma formação para a integração de Recursos Educacionais Digitais (RED) por professores dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental em uma escola da Rede Pública Municipal de Fortaleza. Para atender a esse propósito, o presente trabalho propõe os seguintes objetivos específicos: a) Mapear o conhecimento e prática dos professores em relação ao uso de recursos digitais antes da formação; b) Analisar de que forma a formação contribuiu para a integração dos RED na prática pedagógica dos professores; c) Investigar os desafios enfrentados pelos professores da Rede Pública Municipal de Fortaleza após a introdução dos RED nas atividades desenvolvidas em sala de aula. O locus da pesquisa foi em uma escola pública municipal de Fortaleza, Ceará, e os sujeitos da pesquisa foram 10 professores pedagogos que participaram do processo formativo. Os instrumentos de coleta de dados incluíram questionários, diários de campo dos encontros de formação e das aulas e entrevistas. Os resultados apontam que: 1) anteriormente à formação, somente um professor possuía experiência no uso de tecnologias digitais no ensino, apesar da escola investigada possuir uma sala de inovação com Chromebooks disponíveis. 2) Ainda durante a formação, os professores passaram a incorporar RED em suas práticas pedagógicas. 3) As práticas pedagógicas dos professores com o uso de RED foram intensificadas ao final da formação; 4) As práticas pedagógicas apontaram para a autonomia dos professores que integraram os RED e materiais analógicos em seus planejamentos de formas diversificadas; 5) Os professores apontaram diversas contribuições dos RED para os seus estudantes como: a ampliação do repertório de estratégias, aumento do engajamento e melhoria na aprendizagem; 6) Os desafios para implementação de RED na prática pedagógica são: falta de formação continuada, falta de internet na escola e falta de equipe de apoio técnico para uso da tecnologia.
