Resumo: The aim of this research is to study the Pedagogy of Alternation in the pedagogical political Project of the Dom Fragoso Agricultural Family School (AEFAI, 2010), located in the municipality of Independência, and its contribution to the pedagogical practice in the school graduation and meaningful educational practice to the Monte Alegre Settlement in the municipality of Tamboril, Ceará. The Case Study method of descriptive type, with theoretical contribution in Robert Yin (2010), provides us the comprehension of the objective of the study in the real context with dialectic and critical position. The empirical data collecting, starting from the observation, focus group and interview, was organized with the content analysis use referred in Laurence Bardin (2011). The main authors with which the research mentions are, Gimonet (2007), Ribeiro (2010) e Nosella (2012), these directly connected to the objective of this study. And it still speaks with authors that deal with the contextualization of the objective, positioned as a register on the way of the Farm Education: Carvalho (2006), Caldart (2011) e Gohn (2018) and still, considered the genesis of the studied phenomenon, the studious in the pedagogical ideas in Brazil’s Popular Education Paulo Freire (2004 e 2005) and Gadotti (2018). Other referred authors unveil the Pedagogy of Alternation conceptual categories, pedagogical practice and educational practice imbricated in the analysis categories: Farm Education, Popular Education and Pedagogy of Alternation. An answer reached with the research, considers the Pedagogy of Alternation as the very first strategy of the popular education ideal comprehension to the agriculturists farm education. Another answer is the Pedagogy of Alternation contribution in the graduation of the learners of the EFA Dom Fragoso as a Study Plan result turned into a Professional Project for Young People (PPJ), this, with a critical look upon the reality and with the Semiarid contextualized Education perspective (ECSA). The EFA Dom Fragoso, in the farm education context, and with integrative Pedagogy of Alternation practice, allows the generations educational meeting and promotes the exchange of experiences between pedagogical practices. With conceptual knowledge and essential attitudes to the education of all the ones involved, in a special way, to the learners graduation, their relatives and neighbours, in an educational practice, made in their everyday life.

O objetivo geral da pesquisa é expor sobre a contribuição da Pedagogia da Alternância para a formação dos alternantes e dos sujeitos em prática educativa da EFA Dom Fragoso no assentamento Monte Alegre localizado na área rural do município de Tamboril no Ceará. A pesquisa revela, com uso estratégico dos seus objetivos específicos, o Projeto Político Pedagógico da Escola Família Agrícola Dom Fragoso (AEFAI, 2010) e o ideário da Pedagogia da Alternância, esse, na prática educativa da sessão escolar em intersecção com a sessão familiar ou comunitária. O método de Estudo de Caso com aporte teórico em Robert Yin (2010), descreve o objeto de estudo no contexto real, com postura crítica e dialética. A coleta dos dados empíricos foi organizada com a análise de conteúdo das observações, grupos focais e entrevistas semiestruturadas, com técnica referenciada em Laurence Bardin (2011). Os principais autores com o quais a pesquisa dialoga são, Gimonet (2007), Ribeiro (2010), Nosella (2012) e Saviani (2007, 2012). Dialoga ainda com autores que tratam da contextualização do objeto, posicionado como registro na trajetória da Educação do Campo: Carvalho (2006), Caldart (2011), Barbosa (2014) e Gohn (2018), e ainda, considerada a gênese do fenômeno estudado, estudiosos das ideias pedagógicas na Educação Popular Brasileira: Paulo Freire (2004 e 2005), Brandão (2016) e Gadotti(2018). Outros autores desvelam as categorias conceituais Pedagogia da Alternância, Prática Pedagógica e Prática Educativa imbricadas nas categorias de análise: Educação do Campo, Educação Popular e Pedagogia da Alternância. A resposta alcançada com a pesquisa considera a Pedagogia da Alternância como estratégia fundante da compreensão do ideário da Educação Popular para os agricultores e as agricultoras na Educação do Campo. E, ainda, o contributo da Pedagogia da Alternância na formação dos educandos da EFA Dom Fragoso ganha força na prática do Plano de Estudo (P.E.) transformado em Projeto Profissional do Jovem (PPJ), este, com olhar crítico sobre a realidade e com a perspectiva da Educação Contextualizada no Semiárido (ECSA). A EFA Dom Fragoso, no contexto da Educação do Campo, e com a prática da Pedagogia da Alternância integrativa, possibilita o encontro educativo de gerações e fomenta troca de experiências com conhecimentos conceituais e atitudinais essenciais para a formação dos educandos e educandas e de seus familiares e vizinhos numa ação pedagógica concretizada em práticas cotidianas.Cette thèse doctorale est un résultat d’études à propos de la Pédagogie de l’Alternance dans l’École Famille Agricole Dom Fragoso située dans la commune d’Independência, dans l’État du Ceará. Le but général de la recherche c’est d’exposer la contribution de la Pédagogie de l’Alternance pour la formation d’après de la pratique éducative réalisé par l’école dans l’agglomération rurale Monte Alegre située dans la campagne de la commune Tamboril, au Ceará. La recherche atteste, avec l’utilisation stratégique de ses outils spécifiques, le Projet Politique Pédagogique de l’École Famille Agricole Dom Fragoso (AEFAI, 2010) et ses convictions de la Pédagogie de l’Alternance dans la pratique éducative séance scolaire en intersection avec la session familiale ou communautaire. L’Étude de Cas avec l’apport théorique de Robert Yin (2010), décrit le but des études dans un contexte réel, en ayant une posture critique et dialectique. La collecte de données empiriques a été élaborée avec l’analyse de contenu des observations, groupes de recherche et entretiens semi structurées, en ayant la technique référenciée de Laurence Bardin (2011). Les principaux auteurs auxquels un lien a été fait pour dialoguer avec la recherche sont, Gimonet (2007), Ribeiro (2010), Nosella (2012) et Saviani (2007, 2012). Les auteurs qui travaillent la contextualisation de l’objet, positionné comme registre de la trajectoire de l’Éducation à la Campagne, sont : Carvalho (2006), Caldart (2011), Barbosa (2014) et Gohn (2018), et chercheurs des idées pédagogiques dans l’Education Populaire Brésilienne : Paulo Freire (2004 et 2005), Brandão (2016) et Gadotti (2018). Autres auteurs dévoilent les catégories conceptuelles Pédagogie de l’Alternance, Pratique Pédagogique et Pratique Éducative imbriquées dans les catégories d’analyses : Éducation dans la Campagne, Éducation Populaire et Pédagogie de l’Alternance. Les réponses de cette thèse sont : la Pédagogie de l’Alternance est stratégie fondatrice de la compréhension des concepts d’Éducation Populaire pour les agriculteurs dans l’Éducation à la Campagne, la Pédagogie de l’Alternance dans la formation des apprenants de l’EFA Dom Fragoso obtient de la force dans la pratique du Plan d’Études (P.E) devenu en Projet Professionnel du Jeune (PPJ), celui-ci, en ayant le regard critique à propos de la réalité et avec une perspective de l’Éducation Contextualisée dans le Séminaire (ECSA) dans le « sertão » de Crateús.
