Resumo: The present research aims to present the concepts of Micro and Macrojustice, establishing its criteria of distinction, starting from the hypothetical assumption that the different degrees of political, economic or social repercussion in the mentioned levels of approach of the Law have repercussions in the very relation between the juridical and the non- juridical process of decision-making. In addition, the research supports an interconnection between Macrojustice and fundamental rights, since this vision of Law, on a large scale, ends up approaching or even overlapping the themes related to that kind of rights. The proximity between fundamental rights and Macrojustice enhances the social risks of decisions in this context. This becomes even more serious given the lack of normative and intersubjective control of judicial decisions in Brazil today. In front of this, the hypothesis is that the objectification of the processes of protection of fundamental rights can be an excellent tool to control judicial decisions in the Macrojustice scenario will be developed.

Ademais, a pesquisa sustenta uma interconexão entre Macrojustiça e direitos fundamentais, já que esta visão do Direito em larga escala acaba se aproximando ou mesmo se sobrepondo aos temas correlatos àquela espécie de direitos. A proximidade entre direitos fundamentais e Macrojustiça potencializa os riscos sociais das decisões neste contexto. Isso torna-se ainda mais grave dado o déficit de controle normativo e intersubjetivo das decisões judiciais no Brasil dos dias atuais.
