Resumo: The general objective of the research was to understand how the teaching of philosophy in schools can help in combating the discourses of post-truth, and as specific objectives we sought to characterize the discourse of post-truth as a collective delusion and as a form of ideological domination ; to identify the implications of the post-truth of education from the analysis of the chosen bibliographic sources; explain the critical and reflective character of philosophy in the training of students. In methodological terms, a qualitative research was carried out, with documentary analysis. In order to carry out the investigation, a literature review was carried out, which was chosen. We understand that the teaching of philosophy in high school has a great contribution to combat, if not minimize, the advancement of the post-truth, and this is already done by the very existence of the discipline in the high school curriculum, as well as achieving human and social emancipation.

Como objetivos específicos buscou-se caracterizar o discurso da pós-verdade como um delírio coletivo e como uma forma de dominação ideológica; identificar as implicações da pós-verdade da educação a partir da análise das fontes bibliográficas elegidas e explicitar o caráter crítico e reflexivo da filosofia na formação dos alunos. Em termos metodológicos, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, com análise documental. Para levar a cabo a investigação, procedeu-se a uma revisão da literatura pela qual se optou. Entendemos que o ensino de filosofia no ensino médio pode dar uma grande contribuição para combater, senão minimizar, o avanço da pós-verdade.
