Resumo: The regressive-destructive crisis of capital, which erupted around the 1970’s, has been evolving aggressively against surges in social welfare. To some extent, such outbreaks pointed to potentially progressive developments inscribed in social issues. In pure pedagogical terms, the crisis of contemporary capitalism challenges us to operate with a type of education that is potentially situated beyond the point of view of capital. Therefore, we ask ourselves: considering the aggravation of the inhumanities in capitalism, how has been taking place the development of the class consciousness in relation to the potentially revolutionary social subject? The theme of this dissertation is the political-educational praxis related to the potentially revolutionary socialsubject. The research problem is the political-educational praxis of the potentially revolutionary social subject within Serrinha Neighborhood Association - Associação de Moradores do Bairro da Serrinha (1980-2021). The empirical referent is represented by Serrinha, a poor neighborhood of Fortaleza city, capital of Ceará, a state located in Northeastern Brazil. Our main objective is to understand how the political-educational praxis within Serrinha Neighborhood Association (Associação de Moradores do Bairro da Serrinha - AMORBASE) has contributed to the development of class consciousness among the social subjects who take part in that association, in a context of regressive-destructive structural crisis of capital. The theoretical-methodological framework is based on the contributions of historical-dialectical materialism, as this is a radical procedure that seeks the roots of the issues. Within this methodological horizon, we highlight the concepts of praxis and production of material existence (MARX; ENGELS, 2007), as well as the reflections related to the notion of praxis further developed by Lukács (2013), Sousa Júnior (2021, 2010), Konder (2018), Kosik (1972) and Vasquez (1977). From the reflections elaborated by the educator Sousa Júnior (2010), we also highlight the notion of the Marxian education program. We chose to make use of a qualitative study anchored in participatory and bibliographic research. It is, therefore, a case study. By welcoming activities that dialogue with the needs of the world of work and education, the politicaleducational praxis within Serrinha Neighborhood Association seems to provide insights that allow its participants to sustain that, within the scope of this political-pedagogical process, the dimensions that constitute the framework of the Marxian education program are present, as formulated by Sousa Júnior (2021, 2010). Therefore, in our point of view, AMORBASE's political-educational praxis has contributed to the development of the class consciousness of the subjects who take part in that collective.

Em alguma medida, tais surtos apontavam para desenvolvimentos potencialmente progressistas inscritos na problemática social. Em termos puramente pedagógicos, a crise do capitalismo contemporâneo desafia-nos a operar com um tipo de educação que esteja potencialmente para além do ponto de vista do capital. Portanto, perguntamo-nos: no contexto de agravamento das desumanidades do sistema do capital, como vem se dando o desenvolvimento da consciência de classe do sujeito social potencialmente revolucionário? O tema deste trabalho é a práxis político-educativa do sujeito social potencialmente revolucionário. O problema de pesquisa é a práxis político-educativa do sujeito social potencialmente revolucionário no interior da Associação de Moradores do Bairro da Serrinha (1980-2021). O referente empírico é representado pela Serrinha, bairro pertencente à periferia de Fortaleza, capital do estado do Ceará. Elegemos como objetivo geral: compreender como a práxis político-educativa da Associação de Moradores do Bairro da Serrinha (AMORBASE) – operando num contexto de crise estrutural regressiva-destrutiva do capital – vem contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da consciência de classe dos sujeitos sociais que participam dessa coletividade. O referencial téorico-metodológico assenta-se nas contribuições do materialismo histórico-dialético por ser esse um procedimento radical que busca pegar as coisas pela raiz. No interior deste horizonte metodológico, destacamos as noções práxis e produção material da existência (MARX; ENGELS, 2007), bem como as reflexões sobre a categoria da práxis encaminhadas ainda por Lukács (2013), Sousa Júnior (2021, 2010), Konder (2018), Kosik (1972) e Vásquez (1977). Das reflexões encaminhadas pelo educador Sousa Júnior (2010), destacamos ainda a noção programa marxiano de educação. Optamos por lançar mão de um estudo de cunho qualitativo ancorado na pesquisa participante e pesquisa bibliográfica. Trata-se, portanto, de um estudo de caso. Ao acolher no seu interior atividades que dialogam com as necessidades do mundo do trabalho e da educação, a práxis políticoeducativa da Associação de Moradores do Bairro da Serrinha (AMORBASE) parece fornecernos importantes luminosidades que nos permitem sustentar que no âmbito desse processo político-pedagógico encontram-se presentes aquelas dimensões que constituem o vigamento do programa marxiano de educação, tal como formulado por Sousa Júnior (2021, 2010).
