Construção e validação de cenário de simulação para cuidado interprofissional do idoso na atenção primária à saúde.

Chronic Noncommunicable Diseases (CNCD) are multifactorial, whether social or individual. They are related to multiple causes, characterized by gradual onset, usually with uncertain prognosis, and long or indefinite duration. With the increase of chronic diseases in the elderly, new actions in health care are implemented, leading the multiprofessional team to perform shared care. Given the grouping of the set of services of Primary Health Care (PHC), in order to develop interprofessional education among students, it was thought of creating a simulation scenario focused on the health of the elderly person from the perspective of collaborative practice, with a view to developing the comprehensiveness of actions. The objective was to validate a simulation scenario built for interprofessional care of elderly health in PHC. This is a methodological study developed in two stages: In the 1st stage, the scenario/checklist was built; in the 2nd stage, the validation of the scenario with experts was carried out. To build the scenario, an systematic review was performed in the databases: Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE)/Via Pubmed, LILACS, Web of Science, Embase, Science Direct, Cochrane Library and Scopus. The validation of the scenario was attended by 15 experts from the areas of health of the elderly, clinical simulation, interprofessionality, collective health and/ or public health, recruited through search in the curriculum lattes. Data collection was performed from an electronic form created in Google Forms. The simulation scenario for interprofessional care of the elderly in primary health care was validated by calculating the Content Validity Index (CVI). To complement the analysis of agreement between experts, the binomial test was used. All individual items of the scenario validation instrument presented CVI greater than 0.80 and agreement index greater than 80%. The overall CVI of the daily assessment instrument was 0.94, indicating agreement among all experts considering the parameter of CVI. The scenario developed in this study obtained a satisfactory CVI value, characterizing itself as validated, fit and reliable for its application in clinical simulations related to elderly care in PHC.
