Resumo: Essa dissertação intitulada A Micro-Historia da Menoridade em Campina Grande de 1927 -1932, tem como objetivo discutir e investigar a menoridade na cidade de Campina Grande(1927 -1930), a partir da trajetória de vida de três jovens. Demonstramos as suas necessidades de sair para trabalhar, o confronto com os mais velhos e os namoros. Ela encontra-se dividida em três capítulos, o primeiro "CICERO MARIA: MENORIDADE EM CENA NAS RUAS DE CAMPINA GRANDE"; aonde discutimos a historia do menor Cicero Maria, mostrando suas andanças pela cidade de Campina Grande, bem como os seus confrontos com as policias. No Segundo capitulo intitulado: "O RECÉM NASCIDO ASSASSINADO NO INFANTICÍDIO"; discutimos um crime de infanticídio praticado em uma das suas ruas, para isso apresentamos o processo crime que envolve o referido crime, demonstrando como os envolvidos se posicionam contra o referido crime. No ultimo capitulo "MARIA DA CONCEIÇÃO, A MENORIDADE DEFLORADA", vimos como a menoridade era sedutora, mas também vigiada pelos olhares da justiça e da policia. Como fontes fundamentais usamos 10 processos criminais e algumas fotografias. Para essa dissertação tivemos como aporte teóricos os autores da história social e cultural, visto que foi necessário discutir conceito como infância, menoridade e crime.

Para essa dissertação tivemos como aporte teóricos os autores da história social e cultural, visto que foi necessário discutir conceito como infância, menoridade e crime.This dissertation entitled "A Micro-Historia da Menoridade em Campina Grande de 1927 -1932" aims to discuss and investigate the minority in the city of Campina Grande (1927 -1930) through the timeline of three young people. We demonstrated their needs to have a job, their confrontation towards the older ones and their romantic relationship. We divided our work in three chapters: in the first, called CICERO MARIA: MENORIDADE EM CENA NAS RUAS DE CAMPINA GRANDE, we discuss the history of the young Cicero Maria, evidencing his wanderings through the city of Campina Grande, as well as his conflict against the police; in the second chapter entitled O RECEM NASCIDO ASSASSINADO NO INFANTICIDIO we discuss a crime of infanticide that took place in the city, therefore we presented the respective criminal process where its shown the attitudes of the involved ones; the third chapter, named MARIA DA CONCEICAO, A MENORIDADE DEFLORADA. demonstrates the minority's seductive face despite the justice and police's vigilance. We used and analyzed ten criminal processes and a few photographs as sources.
