Resumo: Neste trabalho estudamos a álgebra com involução (M1,1(E), ∗), onde ∗ é a involução induzida pela superinvolução transposição da super álgebra das matrizes de ordem 2 sobre um corpo, suas identidades polinomiais e seus polinômios centrais com involução. Nosso objetivo é determinar um conjunto finito de geradores do ideal das identidades polinomiais com involução e também um conjunto de polinômios que, junto com as identidades, geram o espaço dos polinômios centrais com involução para M1,1(E), sobre um corpo de característica zero.
