Resumo: The agroforestry systems constitute of techniques appropriated to local particularities, taking into account the coexistence with the semiarid. The objective of the researchwas evaluate the soil properties in agroforestry management units (SAFs), and native forest, in Bueno community, in the city of Irauçuba, CE. The treatments were: 1) Agroforestry management unit SAF 1, in the elevated portionof the landscape (interfluve); 2) Agroforestry management unit SAF 2, portion of slope (colluvium) and ; 3) native forest. Soil samples were collected, 5 samples being composed, derived of 15 sub-samples in areas of study, in the layers 0,0-0,10; 0,10-0,20; 0,20-0,30 e 0,30-0,40 m.The completely randomized design, with 5 repetitions, the treatments (SAF 1 , SAF 2 and native forest) and the portions the repetitions. Was applied to analysis of variance, the averages submitted to tukey test, in level of 5%.There were significant differences for the attributes analyzed, except to CEes, indicating low concentration of soluble salts, without risks of salinity (0,25 a 0,34 dS m-1). The exchangeable sodium (9,51 a 29,88 mg dm-3), with normal values of PST (0,66 a 1,35 %), in the SAF 2 differed from the others. The values of exchangeable sodium considered high, are not characterized with restriction a ccording to the normal EST . The units of SAF 1 and SAF 2 contributed to the maintenance of soil quality in top condition to MN. Featuring high levels of calcium, magnesium and potassium, with restrictions to the exchangeable sodium SAF 1 and SAF 2, in a lesser extentto the Native Forest

Neste contexto, a pesquisa teve como objetivo avaliar os atributos químicos e físicos do solo em unidades de manejo agroflorestal (SAFs), tendo como referencia comparativa a mata nativa. O estudo foi realizado na Comunidade Bueno, município de Irauçuba, CE. Constituiu-se dos seguintes tratamentos 1) Unidade de Manejo Agroflorestal SAF 1, localizado na porção mais elevada da paisagem (interflúvio); 2) Unidade de Manejo Agroflorestal SAF 2, na porção de baixada (colúvil) e 3) Mata Nativa como referência. Para realização das análises laboratoriais foram coletadas amostras com estrutura deformada, sendo cinco amostras compostas, oriundas de 15 subamostras em cada área de estudo, nas camadas de 0,0-0,10; 0,10-0,20; 0,20-0,30 e 0,30-0,40 m. As amostras forram encaminhadas ao complexo de laboratórios da Universidade Federal Rural do Semi-Árido para o beneficiamento em terra fina seca ao ar (TFSA) e posterior análises dos atributos físicos e químicos. O delineamento utilizado foi inteiramente casualizado, com cinco repetições, sendo os tratamentos (SAF 1 , SAF 2 e Mata Nativa) e as parcelas consideradas as repetições. Os resultados foram submetidos à análise de variância, e as médias dos tratamentos foram submetidas ao teste tukey, em nível de 5% de probabilidade. Verificou-se diferenças significativas para os atributos analisados, exceto para a CEes, indicando baixa concentração de sais solúveis, sem riscos potenciais de salinidade (0,25 a 0,34 dS m-1). O sódio trocável variou de (9,51 a 29,88 mg dm-3), sendo os valores normais da PST (0,66 a 1,35 %), no SAF 2 diferiu das demais unidades em estudo. Vale ressaltar, que embora os valores de sódio trocáveis sejam considerados altos, estes não se caracterizam com restrições em função da PST normal. Os atributos do solo avaliados permitem inferir que as Unidades de Manejo Agroflorestal SAF 1 e SAF 2, contribuíram para manutenção da qualidade do solo em condições superiores a Mata Nativa, quanto aos atributos químicos favoráveis a fertilidade do solo, aos teores de cálcio, magnésio e potássio, com restrições, quanto aos teores de sódio trocável SAF 1 e SAF 2 e em menor proporção a Mata Nativa.
