It is an assessment of the conformity of Unstructured Content Management Systems Content Services / Enterprise Content Management (CS / ECM), of a Digital Archive Document Management System and of a Trusted Digital Repository. As a research gap, the verification of the conformity of the systems in relation to archival requirements, considering the need to adapt the systems of the Federal Public Administration. The conformities of these systems were verified in relation to the requirements indicated by the ISO 15489 standard, for the management of archival documents, by the ISO 16363 standard, as an audit and certification tool, and by the e-ARQ Brasil requirements model, Digital Archive Document Management System. In order to verify the conformity of the systems, content analysis was used and the correlations were validated with a focus group composed of professionals from Archivology, Information Technology and Project and Process Management. As a locus of the research, a Brazilian Public University, with a view to the development and adaptation of its system, transforming it into a SIGAD, in addition to its search for a Trusted Digital Repository, with the purpose of meeting the requirements established to Brazilian Federal Public Administration. Finally, it was concluded that the systems that adopt ECM strategies meet the archival requirements with respect to the processes of production, capture, management, storage and distribution. Regarding preservation, despite the resources recommended by the OAIS Reference Model, it does not apply to ECM, but it can maintain the authenticity, integrity and usability of the content for as long as necessary. As for the Protocolo Web, considering the adequacy process, actions to improve compliance are necessary. Regarding Archivematica, the system complies with the standard and guarantees archivisctic quality in the preservation of digital objects. The evaluation gave rise to the conclusive technical report, pointing out the situation of the analyzed systems and a protocol format for future evaluations. The report was delivered to the Institutional Documentation Directorate of the University where the research was located.
