Judicialização dos conflitos intrafamiliares : considerações do Serviço Social sobre a alienação parental

This study aimed to discuss the topic of parental alienation in the context of the performance/social workers who work in the Family Courts of the judicial power of the Holy Spirit. The search path if outlined through the study of elements such as social issues, the family and social policies, and even categories like the State and the law, treaties with a view to analysis the critical dialectic theory. We seek to recover the study of such elements in order to establish a line of reflection around the process of judicialization, noting in the case, the family relations judicialization. Recovered yet the historical perspective of the performance of roles of men and women and their rebatimentos in the construction of marital conflicts that escalate in the context of separation and that can lead to the emergence of attitudes and behaviors that ultimately put the children at the center of the marital conflict. Parental alienation is treated in a critical perspective of analysis, and therefore we consider the process of elaboration of the Act, as well as ask us about the role of the social worker facing a prospect of framing of subjects involved, what makes you disregard broader social processes that pertain to the problem. The analysis of collected data with caseworkers interviewed pointed out, among other things, that the absence of discussion on the subject collaborates for a feeling of uncertainty about the real possibilities of intervention of these professionals. In spite of that, our interview/the stated that strive to materialize the ethical principles of the profession contained in the ethical-political project of category, seeking first of all to deny all forms of oppression and discrimination in relation to subjects involved. We believe that it is necessary to move forward in the discussion of this theme combining it to debate the ethical-political project of the profession, pointing limits and possibilities of professional performance.
