The Work’s Party was born as a result of workers class moving from social discontent that took over the country since the military dictatorship. At the end of the 70’s, strikers in the ABC’s movement breathe more of the animals dissatisfied. Together, trade unionists, students, progressive Catholics and Marxists from various strains, made up a different political party, which proposed a democratic socialism, the collective construction of proposals and discussions among society was looking for to lead the country to another possibility. Also during the dictatorship comes Veja magazine, after some experience of April Publisher with a series of printed materials that took good penetration and circulation. The idea was that the weekly printed magazine could provide accurate information to a growing contingent of readers, particularly consumers in expansion of the middle class. Constructing opinions, attitudes suggest through a speech, these are some of the goals of Veja magazine. Speaking about almost everything through these many years, the magazine has not stopped portraying PT. In fact, since the strikes on ABC, Veja has occupied its pages with various reports in order to explain to readers what these events are, who are the characters and what country is that the PT wants to build. The magazine comes out in defense of liberal discourse, took it as a rule and in result, will write and say a number of truths that seek to contradict the PT in the history and destabilize it politically. Within the discourse of Veja, PT will be revealed as confusing party, antiquated and corrupt. In the area of this work we’ll see a magazine acting politically as opposed to PT, making a speech as trench barrier for contrary ideas.
