Resumo: The objective of this study is to analyze work organizational models based on standardization of the era of descontinuity, which are characterized by the inevitability of deep changes in the way business is conducted. It was established that a diaologue between three chosen work organizational models based on standardization, and the subjects involving sociology of knowledge (mainly the study of Berger and Luckmann) psychology, management/business, ergonomics, work psychodynamics (mainly Dejours), science philosophy; to better understand which are the possible consequences of these work organizational models in the innovation process. The choice of these three works being scientific administration by F. Taylor and the standardization: NBR ISO 9000 Quality Management Fundaments and Vocabulary, NBR ISO 9001 Systems of Quality Management - Requeriments and NBR ISO 19011 Pointers for Auditing of Systems of quality and/or enviromental management.
