The present dissertation consists a possibility of read concerning the feeding and nutrition politics developed in the present time under the name of Zero Hunger Program. Our analysis appealing the historical elements that made possible the comment of the set action feeding and nutrition politics public of historical elapsing of our country. In this direction, we understand that Zero Hunger is the current chapter of this history. Our reading guideline in the notion of that the spreading of the referring rules to such program in the media printed, while media of mass, can contribute for the promotion of the human right to the adequate feeding. In this direction, we choose the periodical Folha de São Paulo in result of its raised drawing and national circulation, beyond the characteristics that place it as a maker of opinion. The Zero Hunger Program brings up the debate of the question of the misery and the hunger in the country, a debate that for much time was guarded. In this way, we search to present constituent elements of the shock between hegemonic and against-hegemonic groups. Of this form, the proposal of one politics of food security that emerges from the ascension of Workers Party (Partido dos Trabalhadores) - while representative against-hegemonic forces - in them it seems to be an interesting possibility to tell a current debate of the routes feeding and nutrition social politics, while integrant of the quarrel concerning the social matter in Brazil contemporary.
