The present research identifies the Knowledge Management main attributes and related impacts on conducting and managing projects in the off-shore segment, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) modality. From a qualitative and quantitative field research carried out with Project Managers presently operating into the market, it was identified the main Knowledgement Management attributes. For achieving the results, it was utilized a questionnaire with statements regarding various attributes found in literature, being such attributes presented to approximately 80% of Senior Contracts managers with more than fifteen years of experience acting in Contracts segment so to obtain their confirmation, i.e., their reliability and substantiation. From the questionnaire answers, it can be concluded which attributes impact most the Contracts Management, from the managers point of view. Therefore it was verified that attributes related to Project Management are acknowledged by the managers. On the other hand, attributes related to philosophical aspects are generally unknown for the managers.
