Resumo: Understanding the Christian discourse in the Chapecó women's prison was, for us, an old matter, , but it can lead us to a well-delimited goal: Analyze how the Christian discourse that circulated in the Regional Presidio of Chapecó in 2018 produced images about women trapped. So, it's this demand that guides this job. In these lines a discursive analysis was carried out, through the Foulcaldian, perspective taken by the utterances produced in six religious visits conducted by Chapecó Prison Pastoral. From these discursive events, organized in a corpus, we proposed to problematize the images of women expressed in the Christian discourse, in addition to verifying the religion space among the human practices in prison. We obtained a return of these questions in the slips of the forms of power, especially the pastoral power, which evidenced the crystallization of the image of suffering mothers identified in a subject position of political and human exception. So in this female prison and in this specific time period, the passage of the Christian-Catholic discourse points to the constitution of a space-time located "next to society", evidenced by a set of exceptions in the applicability of rights and rules for women imprisoned.

Então, é essa demanda que guia esse trabalho. Nestas linhas é realizada uma análise discursiva, através da perspectiva foulcaldiana, tomada pelos enunciados produzidos em seis visitas religiosas conduzidas pela Pastoral Carcerária de Chapecó. A partir desses acontecimentos discursivos, organizados em um corpus, nos propusemos a problematizar as imagens das mulheres presas expressadas no discurso cristão, além de verificar o espaço religioso dentre as práticas humanas no cárcere. Obtivemos retorno destes questionamentos nos deslizamentos das formas de poder, especialmente do poder pastoral, que evidenciaram a cristalização da imagem de mães sofredoras identificadas em uma posição-sujeito de exceção política e humana.
