Resumo: In thiswork, I investigatethecontributionsofpsychoanalysistounderstandingclinical management ofautisticpeople. I seektounderstandhowtheunconsciousisconstitutedaccordingto Sigmund Freud andthesubjectoflanguageaccordingto Jacques Lacan, as well as toinvestigatethegenealogyofautism in thefieldofpsychiatryandpsychoanalysis, to examine theconstitutionoftheautisticsubject in psychoanalysisand, finally, toresearchtheimportanceoftransference in clinical management withautisticchildren.At first, thisresearchwasbibliographical in nature, withtheaimofanalyzingcontentthrough a literature review oftheworksof Sigmund Freud, Jacques Lacan, Leo Kanner, Rosineand Robert Lefort, Collete Soler, Marie-Christine Laznik, Jean-Claude Maleval, Alfredo Jerusalinsky, Inês Catão andAngelaVorcaro. The analysisofresults, however, does notworkwiththesignification, butratherwiththesignifier, aimingtoact as a methodthatseekstheemptyingofmeaningand a possiblechange in signification. Finally, I concludewithananalysisoftheimportanceoftransference in thepsychoanalyticclinicwithautisticpeople.Neste trabalho me dedico a investigar acerca das contribuições da psicanálise para a compreensão do manejo clínico com a pessoa autista. Busco compreender como se constitui o inconsciente segundo Sigmund Freud e o sujeito da linguagem segundo Jacques Lacan, além de investigar a genealogia do autismo no campo da psiquiatria e da psicanálise, examinar a constituição do sujeito autista na psicanálise e, por fim, pesquisar a importância da transferência no manejo clínico com crianças autistas. A presente pesquisa, no primeiro momento, teve um caráter de cunho bibliográfico apresentando como objetivo a análise de conteúdo que foi realizada através da revisão de literatura das obras de Sigmund Freud, Jacques Lacan, Leo Kanner, Rosine e Robert Lefort, Collete Soler, Marie-Christine Laznik, Jean-Claude Maleval, Alfredo Jerusalinsky, Inês Catão e AngelaVorcaro. Já no decorrer dos estudos, utilizo de análise dos dados que se baseia na leitura dos textos.As análises de resultados, entretanto, não trabalham com a significação, mas sim com o significante, visando atuar como um método que busca o esvaziamento do sentido e uma possível mudança na significação. Isso porque a clínica psicanalítica, em vez de se concentrar no significado já atribuído, envolve o analista em uma escuta dos significantes para questionar sentidos cristalizados. O analista, por sua vez, não impõe um sentido prévio e evita interpretar a partir de um ideal estabelecido. Na elaboração da escrita desta pesquisa, utilizei da leitura de diversos diários clínicos que são observações e escritas realizadas por psicanalistas nos atendimentos de crianças, adolescentes e adultos autistas. No primeiro capítulo deste trabalho, procuro explanar sobre a constituição do sujeito na psicanálise através da investigação dos conceitos de inconsciente, pulsão e recalque que sustentam o tripé metapsicológico do pensamento de Freud. Logo após, faço uma ilustração sobre a estruturação do eu segundo a teoria freudiana para avançar, enfim, no estudo do sujeito de acordo com a teoria de Lacan. No segundo capítulo, apresento um estudo sobre a genealogia do autismo no campo da psiquiatria e da psicanálise, refletindo sobre o problema dos diagnósticos e, por fim, investigo a compreensão sobre o sujeito autista segundo a psicanálise.
