The changes in organization of work, mediated by capitalism, led the men to think new ways of production, which are free of the interference of the capitalist market. With this study realized in the Brazilian scene which we sought to explore ways to the capitalist mode of production, such as the supportive and cooperative movement, whose actions do not lose sight of the importance of the human condition of sociability expressed in the subjectivity. Accordingly, it was aimed to examine the values, beliefs and meanings that permeate the solidarity actions and social bonds formed between members of two cooperatives popular in Minas Gerais, belonging to the network ITCPs. To reach this goal, it was used as a methodological resource the bibliographical as well as the field research, whose information-gathering techniques were in-depth interviews and oral history. In theoretical sense the operational concepts of the research were the matrices work and subjectivity. From them, to assist in interpreting the information collected in interviews it was built eight theoretical nuclear analytical categories grouped into three: The meanings of the work associated with the subjectivity of the subject; inter-subjective elements of supportive movement and social, psychological and cultural elements of the subjectivity. It was noticed the presence of elements of order individual, social, political and cultural in the subjectivity of the members, leading to inferences about the assimilation of the principles of economy as well as the types of social ties established in the popular cooperative in study. In this study, it is expected that further research be done to understand human subjectivity and to its manifestations, and thus, to encourage the construction of production methods that favor the area of human existence and serve as alternatives to the organization of work in the capitalist order.
