This work had as objective to evaluate the efficiency of clones Coffea canephora in the nutrition and development of Coffea Arabica. The work was lead in house of vegetation in the Department of Sciences of the Ground in the Federal University of Lavras. Experiments had a randomized complete block design (RCB) in factorial 5 x 2 + 14, being five clones of Coffea canephora (Apoatã IAC3598-3B, Apoatã IAC3597-1A, Apoatã IAC3599-2A, Apoatã IAC3598-1A and Apoatã IAC3597-9B) used as rootstok and two cultivates of Coffea Arabica (Oeiras and Palma II) as graft and 14 add treatments structuralized in factorial project 7 x 2, that are five clones of Coffea canephora more two to cultivates of Coffea Arabica Coffea in two projects of plantation (autograft and frank foot). Evaluations of: height, diameter of stalk, number of us in the orthotropic and foliar area had been made. In the end of the experiment, it was evaluated the dry mass of the aerial part (caule and leves), dry mass of the system to radicular and texts of macro and micronutrients to calculate the values of absorption efficiency, efficiency of translocação and efficiency of use of the macro and micronutrients. Clone Apoatã IAC3598-3B presented average greaters of development, absorption, translocação and efficiency of use when autograft in relation to the frank foot. Clones Apoatã IAC3597-1A and Apoatã IAC3597-3B when grafteds in Oeiras and Palma II had presented average greaters of absorption, translocação and efficiency of use of the nutrients, promoting a bigger vegetative development.
