The approach of open innovation requires some changes in the process of management as well as new insight into the importance of knowledge available outside the company. In this sense, open innovation with its interactive process of innovation development, stimulates cooperation, developing a key role in bringing business and universities, since this relationship allows the integration of and knowledge transfer, and generation of joint solutions. In this sense, the state of Minas Gerais government defined innovation as a high priority area of Science, Technology and Innovation, and deployed Mining System of Innovation - SIMI counting on a operating platform and three structuring projects, one being called local clusters that includes the implementation of Poles of Excellence, among them the Center of Excellence Coffee (PEC). Within this context, the PEC needs to support tools for play its role in articulating the relationship skills that form, is supported by the Integrated Monitoring Results (SIAR), which aims to support all its structure. Being thus, the objective was to identify the mechanisms and factors management of cooperative projects in the Integrated Monitoring Results (SIAR). This research is classified as a search qualitative, descriptive conclusive. 6 projects were selected and their coordinators to be interviewed, and a documentary research and interviews with the executive manager of the SGP. As main result has been the facilitating factors identified in research to integrate the system SIAR integrate three major processes: partner information, dissemination of knowledge generated in the sector coffee and give visibility to the existing incentives to encourage cooperation. Thus, it is expected that the culture of cooperation is in fact a eality for the coffee sector.
