Resumo: Introduction: the family health strategy (fhs) is a structuring axis of primary health care in brazil, in which home visits are an essential practice for health promotion, prevention, and comprehensive care. In this context, nurses play a central role, acting in the assessment of health conditions, environment, and family dynamics. However, weaknesses such as the lack of standardization and systematized instruments may compromise the quality of care. Therefore, the development of tools that guide professional practice in a scientific and organized manner becomes relevant. Objective: to develop and validate a guiding instrument for evaluating home care provided by nurses within the family health strategy. Method: this methodological study was conducted in three stages: instrument construction, content and face validation by experts, and semantic validation with nursing students. The instrument was structured based on the nursing outcomes classification (noc), encompassing three dimensions: health seeking behavior, safe home environment, and family health status. Experts were selected through analysis of their lattes curriculum, complemented by the snowball sampling technique. The instrument was distributed online via a link sent by email. After expert evaluation, necessary revisions were made, followed by semantic validation. Data collection was conducted after approval by the research ethics committee (rec), under protocol number 7239753. Results: sixteen experts with experience in the field participated in the content validation, predominantly professionals with clinical practice and training in family health.The content validity indices (CVI) showed high values across all items: Appearance (CVI 0.880), Content (CVI 0.907), and Relevance (CVI 0.918), indicating high agreement. The Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.901 demonstrated adequate internal consistency, reinforcing the reliability of the instrument. In the semantic validation, conducted with 22 students, good comprehension of the items was observed, with minor adjustments made to improve clarity. The process resulted in a final validated version of the instrument, considered applicable to clinical practice. Conclusion: the study achieved its objective by developing and validating an instrument for home care assessment by nurses in the fhs, presenting evidence of validity and reliability. The proposed tool contributes to the systematization of care, supporting the identification of health needs and the planning of more effective interventions. Its use may strengthen nursing practice in primary health care, promoting comprehensive, safe, and evidence-based care, as well as supporting future research in home care.

Nesse contexto, o enfermeiro desempenha papel central, atuando na avaliação das condições de saúde, ambiente e dinâmica familiar. Contudo, fragilidades como a ausência de padronização e instrumentos sistematizados podem comprometer a qualidade da assistência. Assim, torna-se relevante o desenvolvimento de ferramentas que orientem a prática profissional de forma científica e organizada. Objetivo: desenvolver e validar um instrumento norteador para avaliação da assistência domiciliar do enfermeiro na Estratégia Saúde da Família. Método: Estudo de caráter metodológico realizado em três etapas: construção do instrumento, validação de conteúdo e aparência por especialistas e validação semântica com acadêmicos de enfermagem. O instrumento foi estruturado com base na Classificação dos Resultados de Enfermagem (NOC), contemplando três dimensões: Comportamento de Busca da Saúde, Ambiente Domiciliar Seguro e Estado de Saúde da Família. Os especialistas foram selecionados por meio da análise do Currículo Lattes, complementada pela técnica de amostragem em bola de neve. O instrumento foi encaminhado de forma online, por meio de um link disponibilizado via e mail. Após a realização das avaliações pelos especialistas, procederam-se às revisões necessárias e, em seguida, o instrumento foi submetido à validação semântica. A coleta de dados ocorreu mediante anuência do projeto, conforme parecer consubstanciado do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa (CEP), sob o número 7239753. Resultados: Na validação de conteúdo, participaram 16 especialistas com experiência na área, predominando profissionais com atuação na assistência e formação em saúde da família. Os índices de validade de conteúdo (IVC) apresentaram valores elevados em todos os itens: Aparência (IVC 0,880), Conteúdo (IVC 0,907), Relevância (IVC 0,918), indicando alta concordância. O coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,901 demonstrou adequada consistência interna, reforçando a confiabilidade do instrumento. Na validação semântica, realizada com 22 acadêmicos, observou-se boa compreensão dos itens, com ajustes pontuais para maior clareza. O processo resultou na versão final validada do instrumento, considerada promissora à prática clínica. Conclusão: O instrumento proposto alcançou adequadas evidências de validade e confiabilidade. Sua utilização pode fortalecer a prática da enfermagem na Atenção Primária, promovendo cuidado integral, seguro e baseado em evidências, além de subsidiar futuras investigações na área da atenção domiciliar.CAPESUniversidade Federal do MaranhãoPROG POS GRAD PROF EM SAUDE DA FAMILIAUFMABrasilDEPARTAMENTO DE MEDICINA II/CCBSEnfermagem;
