Resumo: In order to analyze the strategies undertaken by women in the search for justice during the last years of the Low Middle Ages in Castile and Aragon, we sought to understand these female actions in a correspondence with the totality of social relations in motion through a preliminary analysis, macro and quantitative of insurance letters between 1470 and 1500. In addition to a micro - analytical study of the records of the adultery process of Teresa Peres, with the objective of connecting the legal mechanisms used by women in legal proceedings with the field of possibilities opened by the centralization and hierarchization of law and justice carried out by the Catholic kings, Isabel de Castilla and Fernando de Aragon.
