Sustainability has become an asset within companies. Respect for the environment, forms of production and sustainable acquisitions, more than a trend, has become an essential element in building brands and in the relationship with the various audiences. In our work, we will make a case study of the Sesc Sustainability Program, Ecos, specifically from 2019 to 2021, the period of implementation of the Program at Sesc Administration, presenting not only the sustainable initiatives adopted, from the implementation of the program at Sesc Maranhão, but above all the relationships that can be established from the daily doing of a company with sustainability. The objective is to give visibility to the sustainable actions of the institution, in addition to strengthening and encouraging the implementation of sustainable solutions in the internal processes and projects of the organization. Initially, we made a bibliographic analysis addressing concepts of sustainability by authors such as (Cascino, 1999; Almeida, 2002; Irving, 2014), as well as concepts inherent to the Ecos program (SESC, 2021). Finally, we will present the proposal to build a page on the SESC website, focused on sustainability, which will contain a sustainable matrix, which will allow the exhibition of the organization's projects and their relationship with sustainability.
