Resumo: Introduction: The needs of patients who have had Covid-19 go beyond drug prescriptions or referrals to specialists. Identifying Quality of Life can be an alternative to conduct continuity of care for these patients. Objective: To evaluate the Quality of Life of post-Covid-19 people in Primary Health Care. Methodology: This is an analytical, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach, carried out in Caxias/MA. The study was carried out with 230 people of both sexes, aged ≥ 18 years, registered in the Family Health Strategy, who had a confirmed diagnosis of Covid-19 in the years 2020 and/or 2021. The sample was equally divided among six Basic Health Units in the urban area of the municipality. The instruments used for data collection were: Socio-demographic and clinical questionnaire, and SF36 Quality of Life Questionnaire. Data were evaluated using the statistical program IBM SPSS for Statistics 20 (2017) and p values < 0.05 were considered significant. Results: The article aimed to identify the Quality of Life of post-Covid-19 people in Primary Health Care. The correlations identified statistically as significant were: sex and vitality (p=0.004), sex and social aspects (p=0.02), sex and emotional aspects (p=0.04), sex and mental health (p=0.001). It was evidenced that 68.26% of the participants were female and 66.96% self-declared brown. The vitality domain was the most affected among the participants, with an average result of 59.5. Conclusion: The Quality of Life of the individuals surveyed was directly and indirectly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and these interferences led to a need for the PHC to reorganize the management of these patients, since the demands related to Covid-19 19 and the post-Covid-19 recovery has not ceased.
