Resumo: This dissertation aimed to comprehend racism and it's mechanisms as a producer of unschooling and genocide of black youth, seeking out contributions of theoretical and epistemological approaches on afrocentricity for discussion of experiences that mark trajectories of black young people born in Brazil. It's a bibliographical research, based in studies of African and Afro-Brazillian intellectuals: ASANTE (2009); CARNEIRO (2009); GOMES (2005); GONZALEZ (1982); MAZAMA (2009); MBEMBE (2018); MUNANGA (2004), among other references. The results provide evidence that racism (white supremacy) present in Brazillian society, acting specially on the subject of education, entails the erasure of ancestral experiences of the black people in diaspora, producing what is hereby named as physical, mental and spiritual genocide of black youths, confirming the hypothesis that only the acknowledgement of Africa as a civilizational birthplace and of it's epistemic matrices throughout Brazillian society as a whole will be capable of entailing the confrontation of genocide.
