Resumo: This thesis has as its central purpose to investigate the following interpretative hypothesis: the reconstitution of the unity of the logical-speculative form and the sociopolitical content of the work System of Ethical Life is indispensable to understand the extent of the ethical project of the young Hegel. To verify the validity of our hypothesis, we are guided by four fundamental steps. Firstly, we aim at presenting the articulation of the speculative and the political in articles that are contemporary with the System of Ethical Life. Secondly, we justify why the method of exposition of the Absolute can be neither analytical nor synthetic, but speculative. Thirdly, we explain how the young Hegel organizes the stages of ethical life according to the logical-speculative method of reciprocal subsumption of intuition and concept. Finally, we conclude that the form of exposition adopted in the System of Ethical Life is not outwardly applied, but presents the very manifestation of the absolute identity of intuition and concept in the people’s constitution.
