Resumo: | Global food demand is changing agricultural production scenario. In Brazil, the implementation of technologies for sustainable production and quality to improve the production and land use, has been used. Among the technologies, the implementation of integrated crop-livestock-forest systems aims to produce in the same location several agricultural products seeking synergy between them. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different integrated crop-livestock-forest systems in comparison to native forest; conventional tillage and conventional pasture in microbial community through bacteria density in soil; capacity of these bacterial isolates in solubilize calcium phosphate and antagonistic action of the fungus Aspergillus niger. The results showed that between production systems there are significant differences in the density of colony forming units’/g soil, and the native forest presented the highest density of bacteria, differing from the other treatments. However, in relation to integrated systems there was no difference in bacterial density. On the capacity and potential of bacterial isolates in solubilize calcium phosphate and inhibit the mycelial growth of Aspergillus nigerin vitro, there was a difference among treatments. Integrated systems with bacterial isolates showed potential to solubilize calcium phosphate, however conventional tillage presented the highest solubility index. In antagonistic analysis, stemmed isolated from native forest were more promising in inhibiting the Aspergillus niger growth, with differ from the integrated system that presented lower inhibition ratios, but with potential. |
