Resumo: This work is part of the research field of Historical Education, and aims to contribute to the understanding of students' relationships with audiovisual evidence (FRONZA, 2021), about the 1964 Brazilian military coup. Due 2018 presidential campaign in Braz il and the growing importance of the use of digital technologies as a result of the COVID­19 pandemic, the central problem of this study arises: how students mobilize historical ideas about the 1964 military coup from the use of evidence audiovisuals, specifically, audiovisuals available on the Youtube platform? The following specific objectives were established: 1) to analyze the development of the internet and its implications in society to understand the emergence and development of digital culture; 2) discuss research dealing with the relationship between History Teaching and digital technologies; 3) investigate the historical ideas of 9th grade students about the military coup on YouTube. Also, the empirical work was developed based on the methodology o f the workshop class developed by Barca (2007), carried out in a reflective, critical and systematic way, taking into account the complexity and specificity of historical research.

Diante do aumento do negacionismo histórico nas redes digitais durante a campanha presidencial de 2018 no Brasil e da importância crescente do uso das tecnologias digitais em decorrência da pandemia de COVID­19, surge a problemática central deste estudo: como os estudantes mobilizam ideia s históricas sobre o golpe militar de 1964 a partir do uso das evidências audiovisuais, em específico, audiovisuais disponíveis na plataforma Youtube? Para isto, foram estabelecidos os seguintes objetivos específicos: 1) analisar o desenvolvimento da internet e suas implicações na sociedade para compreender a emergência e o desenvolvimento da cultura digital; 2) discutir as pesquisas que tratam a relação do Ensino de História e as tecnologias digitais; 3) investigar as ideias históricas dos estudantes do 9º ano do Ensino Fundamental sobre o golpe militar no YouTube.
