The research that is presented was developed in the city of Cuiabá-MT with the objective of analyzing climatic variables in a condominium considering the physical characteristics of the environment, understanding the results and arguing. This feat is of great importance for understanding the way in which the Condominium was planned and what considerations were observed in terms of thermal comfort in its premises. The area of the condominium which was the object of study had significant modifications on the surface, and the method of mobile transects was adopted, which consists of demarcating scattered points in the study area to collect data on surface temperature, radiation, air temperature and humidity air temperature using a handheld thermometer and a portable digital thermo-hygrometer. Thus, we verified the differences of the climatic variables at each point of the transect according to their characteristics. The portions with the highest percentages of built-up areas did not show significant differences in the air temperature and relative humidity variables, however the surface temperature on surfaces that received direct solar radiation mainly in the afternoon showed a significant difference even in points with large green areas.
