Nesse recorte, a dita população T (Travestis, Transexuais, Transgêneros) é especialmente atingida por diversos estigmas sociais que impactam no seu processo de saúde e adoecimento, e a Atenção Primária à Saúde como um espaço primordial de acesso ao sistema e foco comunitário, tem papel fundamental para a garantia de direitos dessa população. Por isso, com o objetivo de auxiliar na construção da visibilidade das representações que as mulheres trans e travestis moradoras da Favela/Vila Aparecida têm sobre a sua trajetória de vida, interconectando suas relações sociais aos processos de saúde e adoecimento foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade e elaboração de Ecomapa, análise de conteúdo com identificação de categorias temáticas. Todas as 5 (cinco) travestis e mulheres transexuais residindo na Favela/Vila Aparecida foram entrevistadas. A média de idade foi de 27,5 anos, sobre a autodeclaração de raça/cor: 1 (uma) é branca, 2 (duas) pardas e 2 (duas) negras. 2 (duas) encontram-se com vínculo de trabalho formal e 3 (três) sem ocupação. 4 (quatro) apresentavam ensino médico completo e 1 (uma) ensino fundamental incompleto. As áreas temáticas elencadas foram: Autopercepção de Saúde e Adoecimento, Relações Familiares e Afetivas, Relação com a Comunidade, Relação com os Serviços de Saúde e Relação com Políticas Públicas. A maioria apresenta vínculos familiares fortes, que geram uma rede de apoio comunitária, todas fazem seu acompanhamento de saúde unicamente no centro de saúde, sendo relatado terem passado dificuldades inicialmente com o uso do nome social, e a longitudinalidade foi um atributo da APS identificado como positivo nesse processo. O principal fator de adoecimento foi a dificuldade de conseguir emprego, em geral por transfobia. Também foram citados o medo do HIV, a patologização das identidades trans e falta de representatividade de pessoas trans nos espaços. Conclui-se que ainda há muito a evoluir em políticas públicas que promovam equidade e saúde para as mulheres trans e travestis, em especial na garantia de cuidados a saúde, incentivos à empregabilidade trans e combate à transfobia, porém as mulheres da comunidade estudada e suas famílias nos indicam como o acolhimento e apoio podem ser fatores diferenciais nessas trajetórias de vida.The premise of equity, with its commitment to “not leaving anyone behind” by the World Health Organization brings us a special look at the LGBTQIA+ Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transvestite, Transsexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, More (other identities)). In this context, the so-called T population (Transvestites, Transsexuals, Transgenders) is especially affected by various social stigmas that impact their health and illness process, and Primary Health Care as a primary space for accessing the system and community focus, has fundamental role in guaranteeing the rights of this population. Therefore, the present study aims to help in construction of the visibility of the representations that transsexual women and travestis who live in Favela/Vila Aparecida have about their life trajectory, interconnecting their social relationships to the processes of health and illness. Travestis and transsexual women living in Favela / Vila Aparecida were interviewed, with the elaboration of Ecomaps. Content analysis was carried out with the identification of thematic categories. All 5 (five) travestis and transsexual women residing in Favela / Vila Aparecida were interviewed. The average age was 27.5 years, regarding the self-declaration of race / color: 1 (one) is white, 2 (two) brown and 2 (two) black. 2 (two) are formally employed and 3 (three) are not employed. 4 (four) had completed high school and 1 (one) incomplete elementary education. The thematic areas listed were: Self-perception of Health and Illness, Family and Affective Relations, Relationship with the Community, Relationship with Health Services and Relationship with Public Policies. It was observed that most of them have strong family ties, which generate a community support network, all of them do their health monitoring only at the primary health care center, being reported to have had difficulties initially with the use of the social name, the primary care attribute of longitudinally was identified as a positive factor in this process. The main factor of illness was the finding a job difficulty, usually due to transphobia. The fear of HIV, the pathologizing of trans identities and the lack of representation of trans people in spaces, especially during adolescence, were also mentioned.
