Resumo: With the expansion of hospital classes, especially at the end of the 1980s, with the promulgation of the 1988 Constitution and later in the 1990s with the Child and Adolescent Statute and the Education Guidelines and Bases Law, it was of these documents, the right to education was guaranteed for all and, later with Law No. 13,716, of September 24, 2018, access to education was guaranteed for students undergoing medical treatment, a law that changed the Guidelines Law and Bases of National Education (LDB) nº 9,394, of December 20, 1996. Given the emergence of laws and studies, research became more noticeable and these sought to encourage ideas and thoughts, presenting the difficulties encountered and the evolutions evidenced, in the quest to try to establish a connection with the practice or modify/improve it. Therefore, studies developed in the area of education and health are of fundamental importance, as they give visibility to a right that is so little known, within this new field of professional activity for the pedagogue, which is the right to education. However, health and education are considered rights related to equality, as they guarantee individuals the material conditions necessary for their dignified survival, thus considering them essential for the full practice of citizenship as they are considered social rights. The Study is an integrative review of qualitative research developed at the Lauro Wardeley University Hospital on education from 2013 to 2022, based on the method of Whittemore and Knafl (2005), carefully following the following steps: formulation and identification of the problem, data collection, data evaluation, data analysis and interpretation, and data presentation. The general objective of this research is to analyze the different scientific contributions regarding hospital classes at the Lauro Wanderley University Hospital in the light of public policies in the area of education, characterizing the common themes and subjects covered. To this end, this objective unfolds with the following specific objectives: Verify what was produced about pedagogical experiences at the Lauro Wanderley University Hospital; Identify common and divergent themes between the research analyzed; Search for possible relationships between the research studied and public policies on the legality of pedagogical experiences in hospitals or at home. The presentation of this dissertation is expected to contribute significantly to the discussion of this topic, even with so few publications.

The presentation of this dissertation is expected to contribute significantly to the discussion of this topic, even with so few publications.RESUMEN Con la ampliación de las clases hospitalarias, especialmente a finales de los años 1980, con la promulgación de la Constitución de 1988 y posteriormente en los años 1990 con el Estatuto del Niño y del Adolescente y la Ley de Lineamientos y Bases de la Educación, fue de estos documentos, el derecho a se garantizó la educación para todos y, posteriormente con la Ley N° 13.716, de 24 de septiembre de 2018, se garantizó el acceso a la educación a los estudiantes en tratamiento médico, ley que modificó la Ley de Lineamientos y Bases de la Educación Nacional (LDB) n° 9.394, de 20 de diciembre de 1996. Ante el surgimiento de leyes y estudios, las investigaciones se hicieron más visibles y éstas buscaron incentivar ideas y pensamientos, presentando las dificultades encontradas y las evoluciones evidenciadas, en la búsqueda de intentar establecer una conexión con la práctica o modificarla. mejoralo. Por ello, los estudios desarrollados en el área de educación y salud son de fundamental importancia, pues dan visibilidad a un derecho tan poco conocido, dentro de este nuevo campo de actuación profesional del pedagogo que es el derecho a la educación. Sin embargo, la salud y la educación son consideradas derechos relacionados con la igualdad, ya que garantizan a las personas las condiciones materiales necesarias para su supervivencia digna, considerándose así esenciales para el ejercicio pleno de la ciudadanía al ser considerados derechos sociales. El Estudio es una revisión integradora de investigaciones cualitativas desarrolladas en el Hospital Universitario Lauro Wardeley sobre educación de 2013 a 2022, con base en el método de Whittemore y Knafl (2005), siguiendo cuidadosamente los siguientes pasos: formulación e identificación del problema, recolección de datos. , evaluación de datos, análisis e interpretación de datos, y presentación de datos. El objetivo general de esta investigación es analizar los diferentes aportes científicos en torno a las clases hospitalarias en el Hospital Universitario Lauro Wanderley a la luz de las políticas públicas en el área de educación, caracterizando las temáticas y materias comunes abordadas. Para ello, este objetivo se desarrolla con los siguientes objetivos específicos: Verificar lo producido sobre experiencias pedagógicas en el Hospital Universitario Lauro Wanderley; Identificar temas comunes y divergentes entre las investigaciones analizadas; Buscar posibles relaciones entre las investigaciones estudiadas y las políticas públicas sobre la legalidad de las experiencias pedagógicas en los hospitales o en el hogar. Se espera que la presentación de esta tesis contribuya significativamente a la discusión de este tema, incluso con tan pocas publicaciones.NenhumaCom a expansão das classes hospitalares, sobretudo no final da década de 80, com a promulgação da Constituição de 1988 e posteriormente na década de 90 com o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente e com a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação foi que a patir destes documentos, ficou assegurado o direito a educação a todos e, posteriormente com a Lei nº 13.716, de 24 de setembro de 2018, foi que ficou garantido o acesso à educação a estudantes em tratamento médico, lei esta que alterou a como Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB) nº 9.394, de 20 de dezembro de 1996. Diante do surgimento de leis e estudos, pesquisas passaram a ser mais perceptíveis e, estas buscavam fomentar ideias e pensamentos, apresentando as dificuldades encontradas e as evoluções evidenciadas, na busca de tentar estabelecer uma conexão com a prática ou modificar/melhora-la. Logo, os estudos desenvolvidos na área de educação e saúde são de fundamental importância, pois dão visibilidade a um direito tão pouco conhecido, dentro deste novo campo de atuação profissional do pedagogo, que é o direito a educação. No entanto, a saúde e a educação são considerados como direitos relacionados à igualdade, pois asseguram aos indivíduos condições materiais necessárias para a sua sobrevivência digna, considerando assim, em conjuturas essenciais para a plena prática da cidadania por serem considerados como direitos sociais. O Estudo tratou-se de uma revisão integrativa de pesquisas qualitativas desenvolvidas no Hospital Universitário Lauro Wardeley sobre educação no período de 2013 a 2022, baseado no método de Whittemore e Knafl (2005), seguindo criteriosamente as seguintes etapas: formulação e identificação do problema, coleta de dados, avaliação dos dados, análise e interpretação dos dados e apresentação dos dados. A referida pesquisa teve como objetivo geral, analisar as diferentes contribuições científicas acerca das classes hospitalares no Hospital Universitário Lauro Wanderley à luz das políticas públicas na área da educação, caracterizando os temas comuns e os assuntos abordados. Para tanto, esse objetivo se desdobra com os seguintes objetivos específicos: Verificar o que foi produzido sobre experiências pedagógicas no Hospital Universitário Lauro Wanderley; Identificar os temas comuns e divergentes entre as pesquisas analisadas; Buscar possíveis relações entre as pesquisas estudadas com as políticas públicas sobre a legalidade das experiências pedagógicas em hospitais ou em um domicílio.
