The present dissertation is entitled HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY: an evaluation of the National Policy of Health of the Worker and of the Worker from the Information Systems, linked to the Post-Graduation Program in Social Service of the Federal University of Paraíba is configured as a quantitative-qualitative documental research from a database made available by the Regional Reference Center on Occupational Health Professor. Vera Lúcia do Amaral Silva e Silva - (CEREST Regional) under the management of the Municipal Health Secretary of João Pessoa. The study is limited in the scope of worker health and social rights in the Brazilian State and the objective is to analyze analytically the relationship between health, labor and social rights of workers within the framework of capitalist society, pointing out the main obstacles and contradictions of the State in the implementation of these rights in the field of work from the Public Health and Social Security Policy, according to the Federal Constitution of Brazil of 1988. This is a documentary research with secondary sources analyzed through quantitative-qualitative methodological procedures and the sample universe is composed of 205 Work Accident Communication (CAT) records between the years 2014 and 2015. It is based on authors who study the topics that pervade the object of study, as well as on technical documents, operational norms and legislation pertinent to the area of health, work and law. The analysis of the object of study is based on a theoretical-critical framework of a Marxist nature, in which the main theoretical concepts about the category of work, health and health of the worker from the perspective of the social rights of the working class along the history. . The interpretations of the results of this research, the secondary correlations of the data, as well as the theoretical reflections allowed to affirm that the social rights of the worker in the Brazilian State are historically renegade and concealed by the economic interests of the bourgeois class. This statement is revealed in the State structures with fragile, fragmented and low-power public policies expressly expressed in the area of Health and Social Security, specifically addressed here in the National Worker and Worker Health Policy, based on the work of the Reference Centers in Occupational Health in the SUS.
