Defesa: Curitiba, 2007Inclui bibliografia e anexosResumo: O objetivo do estudo foi compreender como se estabelecem as relações interpessoais nas ações de cuidar em ambiente tecnológico hospitalar. Para desenvolver este estudo, a metodologia escolhida foi qualitativa através do método fenomenológico. A teoria humanística de Paterson e Zderad (1979) que ofereceu suporte teórico ao estudo considera as relações inter-humanas que se estabelecem no ato de cuidar como um diálogo vivo preocupa-se com o potencial humano e salienta conceitos que permitem um olhar ao cuidado como: encontro, relação, presença, chamado e resposta, objetos, tempo e espaço. A instituição desse estudo é referência na saúde infantil, pois recebe crianças transferidas de todos os estados do Brasil com patologias complexas que exigem alta tecnologia para diagnóstico e tratamento da criança. Nessa instituição, escolheu-se a Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Pediátrica (UTIP) Cardíaca, para a efetivação da entrevista semi-estruturada com 10 profissionais da equipe de saúde. O projeto foi aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa da instituição envolvida.Para a compreensão do apreendido foi utilizada a análise fenomenológica proposta por Giorgi (1985) A análise compreensiva fenomenológica permitiu a apreensão de onze Unidades de Significado: 1. Atitude humanística para efetivar o cuidado: a percepção da equipe de saúde; 2. A humanização do cuidado como proximidade, toque, olhar; 3. Estabelecendo as relações interpessoais entre os membros da equipe de saúde: repercussões nas ações de cuidado à criança; 4. Comunicação como forma de conhecer a si e ao outro na equipe; 5. O poder instituído nas relações inter-humanas entre os membros da equipe de saúde; 6. A con-vivência do profissional e família no ambiente tecnológico hospitalar; 7. O sentido da presença da família na recuperação da criança; 8. Preparo da família para a permanência ao lado da criança durante a hospitalização; 9. A precisão técnica necessária para o cuidado, tendo como norteador a complexidade do estado de saúde da criança; 10. O ambiente tecnológico hospitalar com suas peculiaridades para efetivar as ações de cuidar; 11. Aprimoramento da perspectiva humana e espiritual da equipe para o cuidar.Os resultados mostram que o cuidado humano pode ser alcançado em um ambiente tecnológico hospitalar sem romper com as necessárias tecnologias. Tornar o ambiente tecnológico hospitalar da UTIP Cardíaca em ambiente de interação, humanização, trocas intersubjetivas e estabelecer a relação dialógica pressupõe ultrapassar barreiras, abrir caminhos que possam direcionar as mudanças necessárias para a prática do cuidado solidário e resultar em ações benéficas e eficazes à criança, sua família e equipe. Assim, faz-se necessário que, sendo complexo por exigência da situação vivida, seja muito mais um ambiente onde acontecem relações dialógicas de sentimentos, pensamentos e atitudes humanas, do que um local de desempenho simples de tarefas. A aplicabilidade de conceitos humanísticos em ambientes complexos e de grande aparato tecnológico como a UTIP Cardíaca modifica seres e fazeres com vistas à construção de vínculos afetivos e de responsabilização sobre as ações que resultem em bem-estar dos envolvidos no sentido existencial e melhoria das práticas de saúde. Palavras-chave: cuidados de enfermagem, relações interpessoais, enfermagem pediátrica.Abstract: The objective of the study was to understand how the interpersonal relations are established in the actions of care in a technological hospital environment. To develop this study, the chosen methodology was qualitative through the phenomenological method. The humanistic theory of Paterson and Zderad (1979) offered theoretical support to the study. The institution of this study is reference in the infantile health, therefore it receives transferred children from all the states of Brazil with complex pathologies that demand high technology for diagnosis and treatment of the child. In this institution, the Cardiac Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) was chosen for the realization of the half-structuralized interview with 10 professionals of the health team. The project was approved by the Committee of Ethics and Research of the involved institution. For the understanding of the apprehended data the phenomenological analysis proposed by Giorgi (1985) was used and the phenomenological comprehensive analysis allowed the apprehension of eleven Units of Meaning: Humanistic attitude to accomplish the care: the perception of the health team; The humanization of the care as proximity, touch, look; Establishing the interpersonal relations between the members of the health team: repercussions in the actions of care to the child; Communication as a form to know itself and the other in the team; The power instituted in the inter-human relations between the members of the health team; The con-experience of the professional and family in the technological hospital environment; The meaning of the presence of the family in the recovery of the child; Preparation of the family for the permanence at the side of the child during hospitalization; The necessary technique precision for the care, having as direction the complexity of the state of health of the child; The technological hospital environment with its peculiarities to accomplish the actions of care ; Improvement of the human and spiritual perspective of the team to take care of. The results show that the human care can be reached in a technological hospital environment without breaching with the necessary technologies. To turn the technological hospital environment of the Cardiac PICU in an environment of interaction, humanization, intersubjective exchanges and to establish the dialogical relation, estimates to exceed barriers, to open ways that can direct the necessary changes for the practical of the solidary care and to result in beneficial and efficient actions to the child, its family and the health team. Thus, it becomes necessary that, being complex for requirement of the lived situation, be either much more an environment of dialogical relations of feelings, thoughts and human attitudes, than a place of simple performance of tasks. The applicability of humanistic concepts in complex environments and great technological apparatus as the Cardiac PICU modifies beings and dos with sights to the construction of affective bonds and responsibility on the actions that result in well-being of involved in the existential direction and to the improvement of the health practical.
