Defesa : Curitiba, 30/03/2023Inclui referências: p. 81-86Resumo: A incidência de eventos tais como guerras, abusos sexuais, violência urbana, atentados terroristas, terremotos, eventos climáticos extremos, aliados a discursividade deficiente, tem gerado extremos de desorganização psíquica, tais como o trauma. Pretendeu-se responder se o evento é traumático em si ou o trauma seria produzido na sua incidência, no psiquismo, e ainda, sobre seu tratamento na perspectiva freudiana e lacaniana. Em Freud, destacam-se: o caráter econômico do trauma, a falta de representação e a repetição. Lacan tomou o trauma como constitutivo da linguagem e da função do sujeito e trabalhou sobre os mecanismos do trauma: a repetição e o real, identificando a falha no princípio de prazer, pela falta de representação. Melman diferencia neurose traumática, o pseudotrauma, e o trauma verdadeiro, que assujeita o paciente ao gozo do Outro, na repetição. Melman e Zygouris, apontam a transferência como fundamental para o processo de cura do paciente. Rudge e Gampel não acreditam na cura do trauma, mas sim na possibilidade de uma costura simbólica em torno dele. A partir da discussão do caso clínico como ficção, uma história atravessada pela transferência entre analisando e analista, abordou-se a incidência do real através do filme peruano "La Teta Asustada" e a trajetória de Fausta rumo à abertura e à catexia de outros objetos que não somente o corpo da mãe, objeto do trauma. As questões abertas foram: o diagnóstico diferencial em relação à psicose, a angústia no trauma, da transferência no tratamento, da temporalidade, da discursividade na contemporaneidade e da transmissão geracional do trauma. Este estudo apontou para a importância do lugar de escuta e de amarração simbólica da psicanálise, como lugar do terceiro. Especialmente em situações de risco e emergência, a clínica do trauma propõe um lugar outro, que possibilite imaginarizar e simbolizar, costurando ao redor de buracos muitas vezes inassimiláveis.Abstract: The incidence of events such as wars, sexual abuse, urban violence, terrorist attacks, earthquakes, extreme weather events, allied to deficient discourse, has been generating extremes of psychic disorganization, such as trauma. The intention was to answer if the event is traumatic in itself or the trauma would be produced in its incidence in the psyche. And also, to answer about its treatment in the Freudian and Lacanian perspective. In Freud, the following stands out: the economic character of the trauma, the lack of representation and repetition. Lacan took trauma as constitutive of the subject's language and function and worked on the mechanisms of trauma: repetition and reality, identifying the flaw in the pleasure principle, due to the lack of representation. Melman differentiates traumatic neurosis, called pseudotrauma, and true trauma, which subjects the patient to the jouissance of the Other, in repetition. Melman and Zygouris point out transference as fundamental to the patient's healing process. Rudge and Gampel do not believe in healing trauma, but in the possibility of a symbolic seam around it. Coming from the discussion of the clinical case as fiction, a story crossed by the transference between analysand and analyst, the incidence of the real through the Peruvian film "La Teta Asustada" were approached. Fausta's trajectory towards the opening and cathexis of other objects, not only the mother's body, the object of the trauma was also taken into consideration. The opening topics are: the differential diagnosis in relation to psychosis, anguish in trauma, transference in treatment, temporality, discursiveness in contemporary times and generational transmission of trauma. This study pointed to the importance of the place of listening and symbolic binding of psychoanalysis, as a place of the third.
