Resumo: The present dissertation problematizes the meanings of the condition of the peasant in the process of recampesinization in the Association of Displaced People “Prédio Argentina” located in the municipality of Cairo in the state of Valle del Cauca, Colombia. The research seeks to understand the process of recampesinization of the Cairo community from the imagesphotographs, murals and audiovisual productions carried out in the community. For that, it was necessary to carry out field work with the Cairo community, from January to March 2022. As well as, to carry out an analysis of the narratives and life stories of the film “Recampesinización - Salvando el Campo” (2018). In this sense, the dissertation seeks to reflect on the ethnographic film as a field. The theoretical foundation of this work is anchored in studies of visual anthropology in rural Colombia through the thinking of anthropologist-filmmaker Marta Rodriguez. The work is situated in the debate of visual anthropology, memories, narratives and struggle for land.

A pesquisa buscar entender o processo de recampesinização da comunidade do Cairo a partir das imagens- fotografias, murais e produções audiovisuais realizadas na comunidade. Para tanto, foi necessário realizar trabalho de campo junto à comunidade do Cairo, nos meses de janeiro a março do 2022. Assim como, efetuar uma análise das narrativas e histórias de vida do filme “Recampesinización - Salvando el Campo” (2018). Nesse sentido, a dissertação busca refletir sobre o filme etnográfico como campo. A fundamentação teórica deste trabalho ancora-se nos estudos de antropologia visual no espaço rural na Colômbia através do pensamento da antropóloga-cineasta Marta Rodriguez.
