Playfulness combined with the use of digital information and communication technologies in hospital and home classes represents an important challenge, but also offers valuable opportunities for improving the quality of education and the learning experience of students in this context. This study is part of a professional master's degree in special education and aims to develop, in collaboration with teachers who work in hospital and home classes, a tool called “Alphaletrics Digital Repository” from the perspective of literacy, developed in collaboration with three teachers who work in these contexts. In the meantime, it is observed that the inclusion of technological tools in the pedagogical practices of hospital and home classes, in addition to providing playfulness and humanization in the learning process of students in a state of illness, also ensures digital inclusion in these environments. To collect data, instruments such as questionnaires (via Google Forms) and collective interviews (via Meet) were used, with a focus on playfulness, humanization and TDIC. In addition to video recordings produced as records of the three virtual meetings. The methodology used in the research consists of a qualitative approach, of the methodological research type and for data analysis, categories were created aligned with the objectives based on the content analysis of Bardin (2016). The adaptation of the Alfaletrics Digital Repository to the particularities of hospital and home contexts offers a solid basis for the personalization and contextualization of teaching, more effectively meeting the needs of students in different conditions. The research results demonstrated that the implementation of the Alfaletrics Digital Repository was efficient, contributing significantly to the educational development of students in these environments, by promoting more engaging learning adapted to their realities.
