Resumo: | With a high worldwide incidence, Covid-19 consists of a disease transmitted mainly by the respiratory route, and has symptoms that can vary from mild to severe. Thus, the importance of Systematization of Nursing Care is highlighted, since it provides evidencebased care, and consequently an improvement in the quality of care provided to these patients. The objective of this study was to build a specialized nursing terminology for the care of people with Covid-19 in the context of Primary Health Care. This is a methodological study, developed in five stages, namely: 1) identification and extraction of terms relevant to the care of people with Covid-19 in the context of Primary Health Care; 2) standardization of terms; 3) cross-mapping of terms extracted with the International Classification for Nursing Practice version 2019/2020; 4) refinement of terms and categorization according to Wanda de Aguiar Horta's theory; and 5) validation of terms identified by experts. The study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, under Presentation Certificate for Ethical Appreciation No. 33494920.8.0000.5537. From the process of selection and analysis of articles, we identified 20 studies examined in full that met the pre-established criteria. In addition, 9 official documents were identified. Such documents went through the creation of the corpus, where the information was extracted and grouped in a document in the Word for Windows® program. Subsequently, they were submitted to the PorOnto program, extracting a total of 18,109 terms. The extracted terms were organized in an Excel for Windows® spreadsheet, submitted to the normalization and standardization process, resulting in 442 useful terms. In the cross mapping, the terms found went through a process of crossing with the terms contained in the International Classification for Nursing Practice through the Access for Windows® tool, which resulted in 238 constant terms (237 were validated by experts) and 204 were not. constants (136 were validated by experts). The study allowed the structuring of a specialized nursing terminology for the care of people with Covid-19 in the context of Primary Health Care. Finally, it is believed that the results obtained will contribute to the application of the Nursing Process in the care of people with Covid-19. |

Finally, it is believed that the results obtained will contribute to the application of the Nursing Process in the care of people with Covid-19.Com elevada incidência mundial, a Covid-19 consiste em uma doença transmitida principalmente por via respiratória, e possui sintomatologia que pode variar de leve a grave.
