Resumo: Using Mimosa tenuiflora wood and a hybrid of Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis that resulted in Eucalyptus urograndis, to produce wood acid through the slow pyrolysis of these woods, which had its inhibition potential tested against bacteria and fungi, where it was standardized the heating rate from 1.25 ° C / min to 450 ° C for collecting the pyrolysis smoke obtained through its condensation to obtain liquid products which we subjected to the purification process by bi distillation under vacuum of 5 mmHg, obtaining a product free of impurities, among them mainly the tar. Mimosa tenuiflora and Eucalyptus urograndis were used because they are widespread in the northeast and almost all Brazilian territory. Samples of antibioticresistant strains other than Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus had their sensitivity tested against AP by means of an agar diffusion test using the same methodology. Two yeasts were also evaluated, Candida albicans and Cryptococcus neoformans. Gas chromatography with mass spectrometer was carried out in both PAs and its chemical composition was obtained. A range of 15 to 25 mm diameter was observed in the inhibition alloys formed. Equal parameters were analyzed in orthogonal polynomial equations, the models were also adjusted, with diameter of inhibition halos and concentration of PA (100, 50 and 20%) as parameters, the models were adjusted by regression analysis. It is concluded that all microorganisms were inhibited even at the lowest concentration of 20% for both PAs tested, proving that Eucalyptus hybrids have real potential for the production of natural antibacterial and antifungal agents, through the use of a sub - a direct product of the condensation of smoke, since they are planted on a large scale in Brazil, the potential against the current agents found in the current market has been demonstrated, being an alternative for zootechnical and veterinary applications.
