Convergence culture is characterized by complementary distribution to different media, the exploitation of participation tools and the use and appropriation of decentralized production dynamics, supported by collective intelligence phenomena. Web series are an example of a media format that fits into this culture, as they are serialized audiovisual narratives that circulate in web or app environments and allow viewers to interact with the content offered, and can be produced with an independent budget or not. In this context, SEPTO (2016-2020) emerges, the first web series produced in northeastern Brazil and set in Natal (RN). Distributed in three seasons, totaling 17 episodes, the internationally awarded web series has as its main plot an LGBTQIAPN+ romance, lived by two women, inserting representativeness as a theme in fictional productions. Based on this, this research develops an analysis of this production through the lens of the Case Study methodology of the 6 most viewed episodes on YouTube in order to revisit the way the characters relate to the city, their interactions, terms and social roles. In association with this, we will also use the tools of Social Network Analysis in association with Sentiment Analysis to analyze the data on the audience's reaction and relationship with the web series by analyzing the main comments among the 570 made by followers in the first and last episodes of the production.
