Resumo: | This work reports the results from the chemical study of leaves and branches of Luxemburgia nobilis (Ochnacea). The compounds were isolated from the hexane and methanol extracts of the branches and hexane, ethyl acetate and methanol of the leaves by chromatographic process. The structures were established by IR, UV, MS and NMR spectral analyses including 2D NMR experiments of the natural compounds and the derivatives and also by comparision from literature data. The hexane extract of the branches afforded ?-sitosterol, stigmasterol, betunilic acid, hexadecanoic acid, tetraeicosanoic acid, hexaeicosanoic acid, linoleic acid, methyl-14-methylpentadecanoate, 13-epimanoyl oxide, atranorin and two new triglicerides 2,3-diexadecanoyl-1-cis,cis-8-11-eicosadienoyl glycerol and 2, 3-diexadecanoyl-1-cis,cis-6-9-octadecadienoyl glycerol. The methanol extract of the branches afforded 3-O-?-D-glucopyranosil-sitosterol, ?-amirin, ?-amirin, lupeol, 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone, 2,5,3',4'-tetrahydroxichalcone, rutin and epicatequin. The hexane extract of the leaves afforded ?-sitosterol, hexadecanoic acid, tetraeicosanoic acid, hexaeicosanoic acid. The ethyl acetat extract of the leaves afforded amentoflavone, podocarpusflavone A, friedelin and the new biflavonoid 5,7,4'-trihydroxiflavone-(3'-0-4')-5,7- dihidroxyflavanone. The methanol extract afforded friedelinol, podocarpusflavone A and 5, 7,4'-trihydroxiflavone-(3'-0-4')-5, 7-dihidroxyflavanone. The extracts and 5,7,4'-trihydroxiflavone-(3'-O-4')-5,7-dihidroxyflavanone were not active with Artemia salina test. |

As subst?ncias foram isoladas atrav?s de processos cromatogr?ficos dos extratos em hexano, acetato de etila e metanol do caule e folhas da planta. As estruturas das subst?ncias isoladas foram determinadas atrav?s da an?lise dos dados espectrosc?picos no infravermelho, ultravioleta, massas e RMN de 1H e de 13C uni- e bidimensional das subst?ncias naturais e de derivados, incluindo compara??o com dados da literatura. O extrato hex?nico do caule forneceu ?-sitosterol, estigmasterol, ?cido betun?lico, os ?cidos graxos hexadecan?ico, tetraeicosan?ico, hexaeicosan?ico e linoleico, 14-metilpentadecanoato de metila, ?xido de 13-epimano?la, o deps?deo atranorina e dois novos triglicer?deos 2,3-dihexadecanoil-1-cis,cis-8, 11-eicosadienoil glicerol e 2,3-dihexadecanoil-1-cis,cis-6,9-octadecadienoil glicerol. O extrato metan?lico do caule forneceu 3-O-?-D-glicopiranosilsitosterol, ?-amirina, ?-amirina, lupeol, 4,2',4'-triidroxichalcona, 2,5,3' ,4' -tetraidroxichalcona, rutina e epicatequina. Foram isolados do extrato hex?nico das folhas o ?-sitosterol, os ?cidos graxos hexadecan?ico, tetraeicosan?ico e hexaeicosan?ico. O extrato em acetato de etila forneceu amentoflavona, podocarpusflavona A e um novo biflavon?ide 5,7,4'-triidroxiflavona-(3'-O-4')-5,7-diidroxiflavanona (2",3"diidroochnaflavona) e o extrato metan?lico das folhas forneceu friedelinol, 5,7,4'-triidroxiflavona-(3'-O-4')-5,7-diidroxiflavanona (2",3"diidroochnaflavona) e podocarpusflavona A. Os dois triglicer?deos e o biflavon?ide 2",3"-diidrochnaflavona s?o classificados como in?ditos na literatura.
