Resumo: This research is related to the chemistry study of the shoots of Lafoensia glyptocarpa Koehne and Ouratea floribunda St. Hill. The products found is this phytochemistry research were isolated from MeOH extract of L. glyptocarpa and hexanic and AcOET extracts of O. floribunda by chromatography techniques. The structure were established by analysis of infrared, mass and NMR spectroscopy data of the natural products and its derivatives. From the leaves of L. glyptocarpa were isolated two saponins (3b-O-D-glicopyranosylsitosterol and 3b-O-b-Larabinopyranosylolean-12-en--28-O-b-D-glucopiranosyl-ester). The carbohydrates a e b-D-glucose and iditiol, were isolated from MeOH extract of wood of L. glyptocarpa. From the hexanic extract of wood of O. Floribunda were isolated a depside (atranorin) and the triterpenes friedelin, friedelinol, lupeol, taraxerol and taraxenone. The mixture of triterpenic esters also were identificit in from the flowers of O. floribunda. Toegther with the mixture of 3-O-hexadecanoate-olean-12-en-28- oic acid and 3-O-tetraeicosanoate-olean-12-en-28-oic acid beside the mixture of 2-hydroxy-3-O-acyl-olean-12-en-28-oic acid and 3-hydroxy-2-O-acyl-olean-12-en- 28-oic acid. Some of the isolated products were evaluated in a Artemia salina Leach assay. L. glyptocarpa has chemical products with alelopatic activities described in the literature. So the germination assays with cultivars of lettuce and tomato to avaluated synthetic products derivated from cinamic acid were done

Foram utilizadas t?cnicas cromatogr?ficas para fracionamento e isolamento dos constituintes dos extratos das plantas. As estruturas foram determinadas atrav?s de an?lise de dados fornecidos por espectrometria de infravermelho, de massas e de RMN de 1H e de 13C uni e bidimensionais das subst?ncias naturais e derivados. O extrato metan?lico das folhas de L. glyptocarpa forneceu duas saponinas (3bOD-glicopiranosilsitosterol e 3bO-bL-arabinopiranosilolean-12-eno--28-oato de bDglicopirano?la) e sitosterol. O extrato metan?lico do caule desta planta forneceu os carboidratos a e b-D-glicose e o iditiol. O extrato hex?nico da madeira de O. floribunda forneceu o deps?deo atranorina e os triterpenos friedelina, friedelinol, lupeol, taraxerol e taraxenona e do extrato em AcOET das flores foram isolados a mistura dos ?cidos hexadecanoato de olean-12-en-28 ?ico, 3b-O-tetraeicosonoato de olean-12-en-28-?ico, 2-hidroxi-3-acil-olean-12-en-28-?ico e 3-hidroxi-2-acilolean-12-en-28-?ico. Preparou-se um novo derivado acetilado da atranorina (3- formil-2,4-diidroxi-6-metil-benzoato de 3-acetil-4-metoxi-carbonil-2,5-dimetilbenzeno). Al?m de registrar este novo derivado fez-se a completa atribui??o dos dados de RMN 13C da atranorina que ainda n?o constavam na literatura. A saponina triterp?nica isolada de L. glyptocarpa foi registrada pela primeira vez na literatura. Algumas das subst?ncias isoladas foram submetidas ao ensaio de letalidade em Artemia salina Leach. description This research is related to the chemistry study of the shoots of Lafoensia glyptocarpa Koehne and Ouratea floribunda St. Hill. The products found is this phytochemistry research were isolated from MeOH extract of L. glyptocarpa and hexanic and AcOET extracts of O. floribunda by chromatography techniques. The structure were established by analysis of infrared, mass and NMR spectroscopy data of the natural products and its derivatives. From the leaves of L. glyptocarpa were isolated two saponins (3b-O-D-glicopyranosylsitosterol and 3b-O-b-Larabinopyranosylolean-12-en--28-O-b-D-glucopiranosyl-ester). The carbohydrates a e b-D-glucose and iditiol, were isolated from MeOH extract of wood of L. glyptocarpa. From the hexanic extract of wood of O. Floribunda were isolated a depside (atranorin) and the triterpenes friedelin, friedelinol, lupeol, taraxerol and taraxenone. The mixture of triterpenic esters also were identificit in from the flowers of O. floribunda. Toegther with the mixture of 3-O-hexadecanoate-olean-12-en-28- oic acid and 3-O-tetraeicosanoate-olean-12-en-28-oic acid beside the mixture of 2-hydroxy-3-O-acyl-olean-12-en-28-oic acid and 3-hydroxy-2-O-acyl-olean-12-en- 28-oic acid. Some of the isolated products were evaluated in a Artemia salina Leach assay. L. glyptocarpa has chemical products with alelopatic activities described in the literature. So the germination assays with cultivars of lettuce and tomato to avaluated synthetic products derivated from cinamic acid were done
