Resumo: | This study begins with the problem of teen pregnancy, in a context where the high rate of pregnancy for students of basic education has been maintained over the years, with great impact on young people of low income. Even having access to information about contraceptive methods more broadly than in past decades. Thus, the teens are becoming pregnant at a stage of life in which they find themselves unprepared to take on the responsibilities of being a mother, with all the consequences of motherhood. And in the case of young people, the implications of parenthood. The situation worsens when they're driven by the needs of subsistence, to abandon his school studies and seek work without proper professional qualification. Although many information on human reproduction and pregnancy, they do not generate a significant training to teenagers, in order to make them aware and make them aware of the dangers of starting an active sexual life so early. From this context, this work is the result of a bibliographical research and my experience in the classroom teaching Sciences, with contents related to sexuality and teen pregnancy, for students of the 8th year of Elementary School. This work is based on the perspective of Paulo Freire who understands how school education: through dialogue, critical-reflexive problem and conscientization; significant Ausubel education and focus on issues Sociocient?ficas ? QSC. The focus on QSC in science education occurs from the controversies about scientific and social issues, cross-cutting features and allows connections from various areas of scientific knowledge with cultural values, ethical and even religious. These approaches can assist students in making responsible decisions in their lives. In this sense, this paper aims to propose pedagogical activities that transform information in training and promotes awareness, understanding, empathy and even the possibility prevention of teen pregnancy. The result of this research has as produce a didactic sequence, with curricular contents related to teen pregnancy, that can be worked pedagogically with students of the 8th grade of Elementary School. More than learn concepts and theories about the physiology of human reproduction, sexually transmitted diseases and birth control, the aim of this material is to assist the teacher in developing educational dynamics help in shaping conscious of students, so that they can be able to make decisions in their lives responsibly and ethically in the actions related to sexuality and pregnancy. |

As adolescentes est?o engravidando em uma fase da vida em que se encontram despreparadas para assumir as responsabilidades de ser m?e, com todas as consequ?ncias da maternidade e, no caso dos jovens, as implica??es da paternidade. A situa??o agrava-se quando s?o impelidos, pelas necessidades de subsist?ncia, a abandonar os estudos escolares e procurar trabalho sem a devida qualifica??o profissional. Apesar de muitas informa??es sobre reprodu??o humana e gravidez, as mesmas n?o geram uma forma??o significativa para os(as) adolescentes no sentido de sensibiliz?-los e conscientiz?-los dos perigos de iniciarem uma vida sexual ativa de modo precoce. Este trabalho, a partir desta realidade, ? resultado de pesquisa bibliogr?fica e, tamb?m, da minha viv?ncia em sala de aula lecionando Ci?ncias, com conte?dos relacionados a sexualidade e gravidez na adolesc?ncia, para estudantes do 8? ano do Ensino Fundamental e fundamenta-se na perspectiva de Paulo Freire que entende a educa??o escolar como: dialogada, problematizadora cr?tico-reflexiva e conscientizadora; na educa??o significativa de Ausubel e no enfoque nas Quest?es Sociocient?ficas ? QSC. O enfoque nas QSC no ensino de Ci?ncias ocorre a partir das controv?rsias sobre quest?es sociais e cient?ficas, tem caracter?sticas transversais e permite conex?es das v?rias ?reas do conhecimento cient?fico com valores culturais, ?ticos e at? religiosos. Estas abordagens podem auxiliar os estudantes na tomada de decis?es respons?veis em suas vidas. Neste sentido visa propor atividades pedag?gicas que transformem informa??es em forma??o e que promova a sensibiliza??o, o entendimento, a empatia e at? a possibilidade de preven??o da gravidez na adolesc?ncia. O resultado desta pesquisa tem como produto uma sequ?ncia did?tica que possui conte?dos curriculares relacionados com a gravidez na adolesc?ncia que poder?o ser trabalhados pedagogicamente com os estudantes do 8? ano do Ensino Fundamental.
