Resumo: The present work presents the results of a research that aimed to understand the impact that the student occupations that took place in 2016, in the state schools of Arapiraca-AL, had on the historical, political and citizen formation of the students who played the leading role in the occupations. The investigation carried out enabled the production of a documentary video that includes the memories, experiences and learning of students who were the protagonists of the 2016 student occupations in the city of Arapiraca-AL which is available at: https://youtu.be/ 5Gs_ns2JLts. The proposal involved recording the collective and individual memories of the movement so that the documentary can be used as a pedagogical tool and that it can also represent a counterpoint to the official versions disseminated by the local media, as well as relating the teaching of history to citizen education of students, that is, we start from the premise that the teaching of history enables the historical formation of students, encompassing citizen education and makes explicit the intentionality with social commitment and changes in macro and micro structures. The results of the investigation and production of the documentary video were thought of as a perspective for use by history teachers in their classes to support discussions involving topics such as political participation of youth, the role of social movements that awaken in the student the recognition of a participant in history. and the understanding of their capacity for social intervention. Therefore, we carry out theoretical discussions that support thinking, writing and the production of historical knowledge as a possibility for social transformation and point out the need for instrumentalizing the teaching of history for the citizen formation of students. As a research methodology we used Oral History through interviews recorded in audio and video that allowed us to collect data for theoretical analysis and discussion and for the composition of the production of the documentary video. The choice for this methodology was due to the dialogical, dialectical and dynamic possibilities that Oral History allows us in the investigation of our object, granting a deeper scope and, at the same time, sensitive to student occupations. Thus, the relationship we carry out between history teaching, audiovisual productions and social movements characterize our work in its objectives and concerns and seeks to contribute to the availability of a resource that will be used based on the concerns of teachers.) of history that are concerned with the implementation of a teaching that has meaning, meaning and that is re-signified in the practical life of students and contributes to the transformation of people and society.

A investigação realizada possibilitou a produção de um vídeo documentário que contempla as memórias, experiências e aprendizados de estudantes que protagonizaram as ocupações estudantis do ano de 2016 na cidade de Arapiraca-AL que encontra-se disponível em: https://youtu.be/5Gs_ns2JLts. O proposto implicou em registrar as memórias coletivas e individuais do movimento objetivando que o documentário possa ser utilizado como instrumento pedagógico e que possa, também, representar um contraponto as versões oficiais disseminadas pelas mídias locais, bem como relacionar o ensino de história com a formação cidadã dos alunos, ou seja, partimos da premissa de que o ensino de história possibilite a formação histórica dos estudantes, englobando a formação cidadã e explicite a intencionalidade com o compromisso social e mudanças nas macro e micro estruturas. Os resultados da investigação e da produção do vídeo documentário foram pensados como perspectiva de utilização pelos professores de história em suas aulas para subsidiar discussões que envolvam temáticas como participação política da juventude, atuação dos movimentos sociais que despertem no estudante o reconhecimento de sujeito partícipe da história e o entendimento de sua capacidade de intervenção social. Para tanto, realizamos discussões teóricas que fundamentam o pensar, o escrever e a produção do conhecimento histórico como possibilidade de transformação social e apontam a necessidade da instrumentalização do ensino de história para a formação cidadã dos alunos. Como metodologia de pesquisa utilizamos a História Oral através da realização de entrevistas gravadas em áudio e vídeo que nos permitiram coletar os dados para a análise e discussão teórica e para a composição da produção do vídeo documentário. A escolha por essa metodologia se deu pelas possibilidades dialógicas, dialéticas e dinâmicas que a História Oral nos permite na investigação do nosso objeto, concedendo um alcance mais profundo e ao mesmo tempo sensível sobre as ocupações estudantis.
