In ambient with traditional practices there is an excess of formalities related to the folow up and monitoring of the goals and actions established in the PDTICS, resulting thus, in delays in meeting the deadlines stipulated in the action plan and as a consequence, a low index in the reach of the stipulate objectives, which impacts on the Governance maturity index of Organizations. Given this scenario, the present study has as main objective, the development of an agile methodology to support the ICT Governance. The model developed Goals Plan PeticGov was created from the cohesion between the Methodology Agile Scrum, Kanban method and Project Model Canvas tool and have focus Planning, Implementation, Verification and Evalution of the tasks list based in the plans of Goals elaborated by CIOs, described in the PDTIC, of the Organizations. To contemplate the proposed objective were performed exploratory studies through bibliographic procedures and one test of concept for the evaluation of the proposed model. It was concluded based on the results of the concept test that the Goals Plan PeticGov model can assist in the process of follow up / monitoring of PDTIC action plans in the Organizations and that besides are effective and efficient when compared to the traditional model.
