Resumo: The changes that have taken place in society lead to reflection on the formation of citizens and their skills and abilities in today's society, and the school cannot be adrift. Active methodologies can play an important role in this scenario. In the context of teaching research practice, the following problem was raised: How the school library, through the role of the librarian, can contribute and/or participate in this technological, educational and methodological transformation and collaborate in the process of searching and using information inside the school? The general objective of this research is to recognize the school library and the professional librarian as a collaborator in the use of the Maker Space, building a resource that facilitates the understanding of the needs for searching and using information by students. Derived from it, its specific objectives are: to analyze, together with elementary school teachers and coordinators, from Colégio Liceu, what knowledge is needed to meet informational needs and fulfill the stages of a Maker project; provoke creativity in students based on the Maker Movement, proposing the construction of an educational electronic game as a resource to outline the needs, sources, search and retrieval of information; to effectively insert the school library and the librarian in the projects developed at Espaço Maker. From a methodological point of view, it is an exploratory, applied research with a qualitative approach. The sample consists of full professors of elementary school from 1st to 5th grade at Colégio Liceu de Aracaju, as well as the pedagogical coordinator of this segment and the coordination of educational technology. Once the research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Universidade Federal de Sergipe, data collection took place through the application of semistructured interviews with professors and coordinators. The final product of the professional master's degree was a game about school research for elementary education based on Kuhlthau's ISP model, with open access on the Simmer.io platform and developed in partnership with the Department of Computing. It is understood that in a playful and creative way, the educational game developed can contribute to a more relevant and meaningful research learning, being also a democratic instrument, as it can be used by any school. And that librarians and teachers together can facilitate this learning path. It was noticed that teachers do not have a vision of the library as a place of research and that it is necessary to resize this view. It is expected that other studies involving games in libraries will be developed.

It is expected that other studies involving games in libraries will be developed.As mudanças ocorridas pela sociedade suscitam a reflexão sobre a formação do cidadão e suas competências e habilidades na sociedade atual, não podendo a escola estar à deriva. As metodologias ativas podem desempenhar importante papel nesse cenário. No contexto do ensino da prática de pesquisa, foi levantado o seguinte problema: como a biblioteca escolar, por meio da atuação do bibliotecário, pode contribuir e/ou participar dessa transformação tecnológica, educacional e metodológica, além de colaborar no processo de busca e uso da informação dentro da escola? O objetivo geral desta pesquisa é reconhecer a biblioteca escolar e o profissional bibliotecário como colaboradores na utilização do Espaço Maker, construindo um recurso que facilite o entendimento das necessidades de busca e uso da informação pelos alunos. Derivando do mesmo, seus objetivos específicos são: analisar junto aos professores e coordenadores do Ensino Fundamental I, do Colégio Liceu, qual o conhecimento necessário para suprir as necessidades informacionais e cumprir as etapas de um projeto Maker; provocar a criatividade nos alunos com base no Movimento Maker, propondo a construção de um jogo eletrônico educativo como recurso para delinear as necessidades, as fontes, a busca e a recuperação da informação; inserir a biblioteca escolar e o bibliotecário de maneira efetiva nos projetos desenvolvidos no Espaço Maker. Do ponto de vista metodológico, é uma pesquisa exploratória, aplicada e com abordagem qualitativa. A amostra é constituída pelos professores titulares do Ensino Fundamental I do 1º ao 5º ano do Colégio Liceu de Aracaju, bem como do coordenador pedagógico desse segmento e da coordenação de tecnologia educacional. Tendo a pesquisa sido aprovada pelo comitê de ética da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, a coleta de dados se deu com a aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores e coordenadores. O produto final do mestrado profissional foi um game sobre pesquisa escolar para o ensino fundamental baseado no modelo ISP de Kuhlthau, com acesso aberto na plataforma Simmer.io e desenvolvido em parceria com o Departamento de Computação. Entende-se que, de forma lúdica e criativa, o jogo educativo desenvolvido pode contribuir para uma aprendizagem de pesquisa mais relevante e significativa, sendo também um instrumento democrático, pois poderá ser utilizado por qualquer escola. E que os bibliotecários e professores, juntos, podem facilitar essa trilha de aprendizagem. Percebeu-se que os professores não possuem uma visão da biblioteca como lugar de pesquisa e que é preciso redimensionar esse olhar.
