Resumo: This study aims to identify and assess the presence of traffic lighting and signaling devices on new agricultural tractors to verify the level of compliance presented by the manufacturers. For this purpose, the Brazilian Traffic Code (2014), NR12 (2010) and NR31 (2013) were used as parameters to determine the mandatory items and ISO 16154 (2005) in the applicable technical requirements. The research was carried out through technical visits to the agricultural machinery dealers at Rio Grande do Sul state, through a sampling of 50 agricultural tractors, manufactured in 2017, which represents 21% of the total models available in the country. The photographic record, the visual inspection, the drive and the measurement were used to check compliance with the determined parameters. The obtained data were tabulated and the information about each evaluated model comprised the lighting and signaling coefficient for traffic (CIST), which allowed the comparison between tractor models by power range and by brand. The main results did not indicate the total compliance of the new agricultural tractors with the CONTRAN Resolution No. 454 (2013), NR12 (2010) and NR31 (2013). The mean CIST was 0.847 and the items that contributed to the low values were the lateral retroreflector, the reverse light, the front position light, the rear retroreflector and the rear position light. In addition, they demonstrate that standardization is not followed in relation to meeting the technical standards, both between the models of the same manufacturer and between the power ranges. The average adherence to ISO 16154 (2005) was 85%. It was also concluded, under the conditions that the evaluations were performed, that the power range II presented the highest CIST average with best homogeneity among the models analyzed and the brand E offers a higher proportion of models with a very high and high classification, standing out in relation to the others. Finally, the CIST calculation method proved to be efficient in assessing the conformity of traffic lighting and signaling devices to agricultural tractors.

Para isso, foi utilizado como parâmetro o Código de Trânsito Brasileiro (2014), a NR12 (2010) e a NR31 (2013) para determinar os itens obrigatórios e a norma ISO 16154 (2005) na interpretação dos requisitos técnicos aplicáveis. A pesquisa foi realizada através de visitas técnicas às concessionárias de máquinas agrícolas da região central do Rio Grande do Sul, por meio de uma amostragem de 50 tratores agrícolas, fabricados no ano de 2017, os quais representam 21% do total de modelos disponíveis no país. Foi empregado o registro fotográfico, a inspeção visual, o acionamento e a medição para verificar a conformidade com os parâmetros determinados. Os dados obtidos foram tabulados e as informações acerca de cada modelo avaliado compuseram o coeficiente de iluminação e sinalização para tráfego (CIST), que possibilitou a comparação entre modelos de tratores por faixa de potência e por marca. Os principais resultados não indicaram a conformidade total dos tratores agrícolas com a Resolução CONTRAN N°454 (2013), NR12 (2010) e NR31 (2013). O CIST médio foi de 0,847 e os itens que contribuíram para os valores baixos foram o retrorrefletor lateral, a luz de marcha à ré, a luz de posição dianteira, o retrorrefletor traseiro e a luz de posição traseira. Em complemento, demonstram que não é seguido uma padronização em relação ao atendimento das normas técnicas, tanto entre os modelos da mesma empresa fabricante, como entre as faixas de potência. A aderência média à Norma ISO 16154 (2005) foi de 85%. Concluiu-se ainda, nas condições em que foram realizadas as avaliações, que a faixa de potência II, referentes a tratores médios, apresentou o maior valor médio e a melhor homogeneidade do CIST entre os modelos analisados e a marca E oferece uma proporção maior de modelos com a classificação muito alta e alta, se destacando em relação às demais marcas. Por fim, o método de cálculo do CIST se mostrou eficiente na avaliação da conformidade quanto a presença dos dispositivos de iluminação e sinalização para tráfego, em tratores agrícolas.Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - CNPqporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências RuraisPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia AgrícolaUFSMBrasilEngenharia AgrícolaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEngenharia agrícolaMecanizaçãoLegislaçãoNormas técnicasCódigo de Trânsito BrasileiroSegurançaAgricultural engineeringMechanizationLegislationTechnical standardsBrazilian Traffic CodeSafetyCNPQ::CIENCIAS AGRARIAS::ENGENHARIA AGRICOLAIdentificação e levantamento da presença dos dispositivos de iluminação e sinalização para tráfego, em tratores agrícolasIdentification and assessment on the presence of traffic lighting and signaling devices on agricultural tractorsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisAlonço, Airton dos Santoshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9734276321240323Francetto, Tiago Rodrigohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0131275281658328Balestra, Mônica Regina Gonzattihttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2061056709186779http://lattes.cnpq.br/6917385216177979Bellochio, Sabrina Dalla Corte5003000000086009f3e4603-bab0-46de-ad47-a7ceab80c32f8733e490-bc6d-4b03-80d7-0835f4ecdb7f4f399bd5-3dff-47a2-8f3c-e316d4b79e15cf050312-23a8-4542-82cb-840ee7654212reponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGEA_2018_BELLOCHIO_SABRINA.pdfDIS_PPGEA_2018_BELLOCHIO_SABRINA.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf1455181http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/15450/1/DIS_PPGEA_2018_BELLOCHIO_SABRINA.pdf317476d98d224554bb383ca2ae829a87MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
